Greetings, people of the forum!
I go by some variation of The Walrus on most sites, or by The Walrein on Pokemon sites. I've been very intermittently roleplaying ever since about ten years ago, beginning with D&D 3.5 (actually kind of a mish-mash using the 3.0 Player's Handbook and and 3.5 DMG and Monster Manual) and moving on to Pathfinder and then a few more esoteric games. Lately it's just been Play By Post for me. I appreciate a wide variety of game types but mostly prefer low-level or lower power games which are focused more on in-game tactics and strategy than build optimization. Currently I'm in a game of Barbarians of Lemuria run by tibbius, who introduced me to these forums.

Welcome Walrus! Plenty of low level games, Big Shiny Island is a great game and OM is always accepting new players.
