Re: OOC
Ok, I guess that was probably a dumb question anyway. I don't think anyone would admit that they don't like reading too much detail and only have time to skim through the action.
Since it would be almost impossible to map characters positions in this battle, (unless someone has an idea of how to do it in 3d) I will keep trying to be very detailed with where you all are.
Wyntar just shortened up this battle considerably anyway, so this should go pretty quick now.

I think we need to capture one of the fleeing monsters alive so we can question it (or charm it) to figure out how to get onboard the cloud castle. Thoughts?
Re: OOC
Do you think we could head for the castle without all this sky fish malarkey?
Wyntar has fly spells, polymorph other spells and charm monster spells. Morgi has shapeshift abilities and a ring of air elemental command which can give its wearer the ability to fly. Halo has boots of leveitation so can be dragged.
If the wizard can turn some chicks or mice or birds into griffons or hippogriffs and charm them we could just head to the castle.

Please feel free to explore any avenue you'd like. This adventure is structured into many small sections but there is no need to follow along any certain path. Chaos can be fun. Haha!
I like the strategic ideas being thrown around.

So...the hobbits halflings should be on their third meal of the day.
Sometimes this summer I will most likely be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. I think either the Druid or the Paladin should speak for the group.
