I can relate. The source material of Robert E. Howard is a touchstone I keep returning to for this game. Likewise Lovecraft (and now Bram Stoker) for my horror D&D game, Tolkien for the Middle Earth game I had, and pop-culture sci-fi for Once and Future Earth.

The inspiration is real.

Question: Which way did those doors open? Towards us or away from us? Cruloc wants to close the door closest to him. If it swings towards him, he'll spike it. If it swings away from him, he'll hold it.

Yrkoon, all three doors swing away from you, and each was ajar with about a six inch gap. Now that your torches are gone you can clearly see daylight emanates from those gaps. (see the latest map)

The eastern door was opened a little further, enough for Asterion to peer in. It cannot now be shut because Asterion stands in the threshold.

Before things got dark, did there appear to be something I could use to tie a rope around to hold the door shut?
What I'd like to do is tie a rope around the door handles to the west and south in a loop so that neither can be opened from the other side. Cruloc and 1 other guy (I reckon optimistically) ought to be able to accomplish the task quite quickly.
Divide and conquer.

Maybe Kiri and Torix can hold the doors while Cruloc does the rope?
