Can I just be clear, after inspecting the Thracian corpses wether they were undead or not.

When Dahinna and Iago searched the Thracian corpses, the bodies were still warm.

Grigor failed to turn them with his holy symbol, although that can happen with undead.

And all the Thracians bled when cut.

A Thracian's head flies from its shoulders on a stream of hot crimson. The headless body staggers for a few steps and crashes to the floor!

So, to my way of thinking, they are just fanatics who believe themselves dead, because that serves their god, Thanos. Of course, I could be dead wrong...

It would be smart to retreat into the tunnel as we were before. Their superior numbers would mean nothing as it would be one Thracian versus one of us if they followed us in.

If they do not follow us in, we could fight as I had planned before: Cruloc could crouch with a shield while a competent archer stood behind him and filled the reticent-to-pursue Thracians with arrows until we had thinned their numbers.

Quickly, Dahinna and Iago search the corpses and find them riddled with battle scars. They recover knives, swords, spears, shields, ancient coins (78sp), a ring of keys identical to the one Kiri found, and charms of silver from around the necks of the dead.

Might work. Some of us, however, are going to die here. I just have the feeling.

Could be.

Nice hit by Dahinna, but I think we need to retreat south into the corridor as quickly as we can.

OR we could stand back-to-back in the main hallway where we are, and make damned sure our egress to the south remains viable. However, I believe this course of action would result in more damage being taken by us. It's more heroic, and the battle, whichever way it's destined to go, would be over more quickly.

I think staying where we are means we'll lose Gnasher and possibly Grigor.

Kiri and Dahinna don't look like they'd last long either.

OOC: okay to shift the healing spell actions to now?

Casters may only move 1" and cast in the same round.
Amethu could cast one CLW on himself or Zahra, and move 1".

Amethu will continue to move and get back to the group. The 2 CLWs he rolled for - can I bank them for a round or two until i can use them or should I re-roll when the time comes?

I don't know yet. Normally, I don't allow banked rolls. I'll think about it and let you know if/when Amethu gets around to casting.

Wizard Lock is a sublime solution. :)

Hopefully someone has Dispel Magic or Knock so that we can open them later.
