Sarokoulon Clans:
These guys are kind of like Mandalorians (of KOTOR, I still haven't seen the new TV series) crossed with the northern tribes from the First Law series. Strength and honour is what the value the most (more that they honour the terms of their mercenary contracts than they 'spare the weak' as a race, I wanted all races to run the gamut of human personalities instead of tying everyone from a planet down to a fixed set of ethics), due to having endured post-Scream life on an incredibly inhospitable world which led to generations of constant tribal fighting.
They have no official planetary head, but the most powerful regional leaders meet regularly at what they call the Assembly of Clans, which functions as the de facto ruling government. The exact membership of the Assembly changes constantly with people gaining and losing territory, or as new clans branch off from larger ones or are absorbed into others, but generally life on Sarokoulo is far more stable and less brutal than it used to be (they have spaceyards and are a T4 planet, even though a lot of the older folk may prefer a good honest hearth and an iron hammer to a thermoglow heater and a hydrospanner).
Reformist Faith:
The Reformists are founded on the tenets that those who survived the Scream are in some way chosen. Some believe that the Scream was God(s) cleansing those unworthy from the galaxy, and that those who remain have a divine blessing to continue humanity's expansion, others believe that the Scream was God(s)' final attempt to wipe all of humanity out, but still some survived, proving that they have surpassed the heavens, and others believe many others deviations of these types. The basic tenet of the Reclamists is that "Humanity is still here, and we always shall be, so be good to each other" and is less of a devotion to any higher power than it is an affirmation of how awesome people are. It's incredibly widely spread because "Humanity, fuck yeah" combined with being the best you can be is something a lot of people can get behind, no matter where you're from.
The Faith is ostensibly decentralised, though in recent generations many of the more devout and pious (old habits die hard) gathered on Aes, where the psychic founder of the Faith lived after the Scream and who united the planet together to survive the post-Scream ages. Much like how Mejo is the unofficial capital of the Unified Systems, Aers is the unofficial seat of the Reclamist Faith, and the current head of the huge Reclamist Temple on Aers is effectively the head of faith. The current "Luminary" is a man named Jaya Sato.
The planet Pavis, in the same system as Aers, is home to a huge conclave called the Reclamist Academy that trains psions (kind of like a cross between a Jedi Temple and a huge university). Because the Reclamists believe that MES is the next step in humanity's evolution and is basically humans becoming even more awesome, they champion it and strive to help those with MES develop their powers safely.
tl;dr The Faith doesn't worship any specific divine power (though many believe in a God that has chosen them) and more of a belief that humans are fucking great, let's keep going and become more awesome together.
I started rambling a bit there, hopefully I got across some of what I intended.
