B S (VIII)
Re: B S (VIII)
Teachers need a special kind of patience- SpEd teachers even more so.
On a totally different topic: I strongly recommend searching for the HU band on Youtube. Mongolians, playing heavy metal on electrified versons of traditonal Mongolian instruments. Pure, undiluted barbarian rock!

Agree on the Hu Urson, great band. I think I posted a link to them in a thread on role playing music somewhere.
Found it, its on this page.

Man, I needed a good laugh today, and this did the trick!
Stay as safe as you logically can, bruv. That’s all any of us can do, really.
(I can’t have you worrying about fam and work when we got games to play over here.)
I don’t envy anyone who has to make these life changing decisions during times like this.
Stay sane everyone!

By the way, and I don't want to alarm anyone as the player of Chauncey, leader of the Obelisk Expedition, but what the hell do we do with this thing now that we've found it? Are we going to risk our asses just to examine it? I guess it could potentially radiate some useful magical power or something... SOMEONE IN CHARGE SHOULD HAVE PLANNED THIS OUT MORE THOROUGHLY.

Re: B S (VIII)
Well, that's a relief.

There is no need to fret.
Though I have been trying to push the action along in this game, hoping anyone who needs a distraction from the insanity happening around them can find it here, I have also been trying to keep in mind that we have several people who are currently moving, changing jobs, busy at work, trying to figure out how to get their kids back to school, trying to figure out if they need to get their kids back to school, trying to figure out how to teach their kids at home, etc., etc., etc..
So please, nobody should worry if they miss a post or two.

The overhead view of the clearing in our Raiders thread is freaking cool. I was like a kid in a candy store checking that out.
Really good stuff, man.

This ^^ has been my life for the past 3 weeks. Specifically, school and parents and their kids, and my colleagues. Sheesh, what a mess.OGRE MAGE wrote: ↑Fri Aug 28, 2020 1:50 pmwe have several people who are currently moving, changing jobs, busy at work, trying to figure out how to get their kids back to school, trying to figure out if they need to get their kids back to school, trying to figure out how to teach their kids at home, etc., etc., etc..
Winter is coming...

The model is great! But now I'm getting paranoid that we're going to end up fighting a huge pitched battle.

I take most of you are sword and sorcery lovers. I'm now reading and enjoying Brian Murphy's 'Flame and Crimson. A History of Sword-and-Sorcery'. Highly recommendable!
I also recently read 'The Evolution of Modern Fantasy', by Jamie Williamson, another great book. This one's more focused on High Fantasy.

Based on everything I've ever done related to making stuff, LOTS of material and twice the time expected.I've looked up the methods and the styles used for these fences, but I'm not sure about the amounts needed or the time involved. Sorry, OM.

Hey, guys. I'll be camping over the long weekend and will likely not be able to post. (I don't think there's much of a phone signal up there, much less internet.) DON'T DO ANYTHING CHAUNCEY WOULDN'T DO. (The list is very small.)

Re: B S (VIII)
With the lack of posting from several players lately, maybe it is a good idea to combine all the party's together eventually.
I hope everyone is okay!!!
