Are we on fire or did we take damage and that's it?

Bo, Ingrid, Jerome and Urdur are on fire, and so are the two beds near them.
My last post included one round of damage for being on fire.

Anybody got any ideas? Near as I can tell, we are all the way up the creek. This doesn't look like a fight we can win, and even if we could we'd burn to death in the process.

So....should we join the wolves?? Or ar least pretend to long enough to get out of the burning building??

Other friendly DM hints:
Please don't forget the house rule that in dire situations (of which this qualifies) Clerics that are out of first level spells may use second level spell slots to fuel up to 2 CLWs. And likewise Druids, but vice versa.
I know this isn't immediately actionable, but might be at some point. Just wanted to mention it in case it was forgotten.

Unfortunately, Chubby Pixie is taking a temporary break from Unseen Servant due to RL. He hopes to return so I won't slot in a replacement player for his PC. My game workload prevents me from managing an NPC long term, so I may move his PC offstage when opportunity permits.

Speaking of a TPK, anybody have any ideas on how to avoid one here? We can't fight these wolves and win. Urdur is out of tricks and down to one hit point, so all he can really do is run away. Is there even a safe place to run to??

Not really, we aren't strong enough to fight them, and can't get away. I was thing of killing the girl but decided to jump out the window instead

The girl is obviously the problem. I was trying to have Bo act based on what the characters knew and not on player assumption. (for a change)

I guess we could always join the darkside and see what happens?

I dont really see how we get out of this in tact, to be honest. (that's why Bo decided to run away)
