Greetings!
Hello! Steve from Colorado Springs, CO here. I've been diving back into PBP gaming after a long break, and I stumbled across Unseen Servant from a post on r/pbp from some time ago. I was quite pleasantly surprised to see that there is quite a bit of "old school" activity going on here. I've been playing TTRPGs since I was first introduced to AD&D in 1981, and I've played a lot of different games since then. Some of the ones I remember fondly include Paranoia, Champions, Space Opera and James Bond 007 to name a few. Lately for me it's been mostly D&D, with a bit of Shadowrun and Traveller thrown in when I can. Recently, I've been interested in going back to basics - literally, the D&D Basic/Expert rules and a good 'ole dungeon crawl. Looks like this new fangled "Old School Essentials" thing might be a great way to rekindle the old school fires!
Cheers!
Steve

Welcome!
On November 2nd I will be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.

Howdy!
