Tankards of Ale in Firelit Halls (ooc and questions l)
Re: Tankards of Ale in Firelit Halls (ooc and questions l)
Obviously Rumil doesn't need it
but remember you get a +1 to hit while the Bless is in effect!

This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.

I still don't think it'll be enough to help Glasik...this round, anyway.
On November 2nd I will be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.

Nope. Just Therone.OGRE MAGE wrote:Did anyone other than Theron hear the growls from the east?
But she just tipped Folco off.

Hi Urson,Urson wrote:Therone
Therone fires two quick shots at the pack of orcs...
att [1d20+4] = 10+4 = 14 missile
att [1d20+4] = 6+4 = 10 missile
arrow[1d6+4] = 1+4 = 5
arrow[1d6+4] = 6+4 = 10
Fyi, missile weapons don't get damage bonuses from high strength, just melee weapons.

Sorry, Socratic. Moving it along. I'll assume Tinuwen is continuing with last round's action.

I'll allow one arrow to be fired after all that movement.

Fortunately, your first arrow hit.

Left the torch question in the thread, but they illuminate 40' radius, correct?
Also, question about potions, if someone is unconscious and a potion is poured down their throat, will that work?
Danke schein!

I loved that series, although he came out with more books after I pretty much stopped reading the genre in college. I should go back and read the entire series at some point.

I actually have The Road to Ehvenor, the sixth book in the series. I must have found it at a used book sale or something.

Honestly, I kinda gave up on the series after the third book. It seems to me that most series' start to fall apart after the third book or so. Of course, there are exceptions.

Re: Tankards of Ale in Firelit Halls (ooc and questions l)
A general notice: I'll be posting around the holiday this week and weekend, then starting Dec 1st 'til the 15th or so it will be a bit touch and go due to the biggest project I've ever worked on taking over my life
(I do this thing where I have to do work, for money. It's annoying.
) though I do anticipate being able to chime in from time to time. Basically, all this is to say, don't let me hold anything up if you don't hear from me in a timely manner...

Re: Tankards of Ale in Firelit Halls (ooc and questions l)
Is the troll big enough for someone to throw stones at it from behind the front ranks without risk of hitting friendlies in the back?
Re: Tankards of Ale in Firelit Halls (ooc and questions l)
It's still firing missiles into a melee, but the odds of hitting the troll are greater than normal, due to its size.
