Greetings!

#1 Post by Integritus »

Hey y’all. My name is Dave and I’ve been playing since 1992 when my older brothers decided I was old enough to play. I’ve got a smattering of experience in different systems with no specialty. I prefer fantasy or modern settings. I like futuristic sci-fi, but it’s not my preference.

Oh, I also happen to know Ogre Mage of Big Shiny fame. It’s his fault I’ve been hoisted onto you all.

Welcome Dave!
You sure you want to come in here name-dropping Ogre Mage???
Just kidding, OM is an important part of the Unseen Servant membership and we're glad he's referred you here!
Hope you find a game or three to get into!
Be well,
--Ron--
This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.
Alethan: I'm good with NOT pressing our luck this time.
mjulius: That's how I know I'm home.
Pulpatoon: The whole point of PbP is to take the scheduling pressure off the game. We're just chatty because we're so eager!
Scott308: ...everyone should be reminded of just how wonderful the people they play games with here can be in real life.
Leitz: Quality and quantity wise, I think US is the best I've seen.
Paladin: I can promise terror, glory, and riches...or a quick and brutal death.
Inferno: Come on! That's was Vicar's Head, a completely different doomed village!
Rex: I can move to the wait list to let someone else into the game.

Just an FYI, you have to have two approved posts before being a full-fledged member here.
Believe me, it's a much needed spam measure. Once we approve your second post, you are all good to go.
Again, welcome!

Welcome, Dave (great name, by the way). I'm sure you'll find some good gaming here; especially if Rob (OGRE MAGE) has prepared you for what you're getting yourself into. :D

Thanks,
Dave

Welcome Dave!

And who said nothing good could come from sitting around in the bar blabbing about games after the con is closed?

Time, to play!

Welcome aboard, Dave! Ok, you were at Gamehole. Was this your first year or have you been attending for a while? Do we know each other? (Rob, do I know Dave?) My last name is Peterson, I always wear a metal band shirt and a blue University of Michigan cap.
On November 2nd I will be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.

Not sure.

Try stepping away from the gaming table sometime. You might meet some new people.

I meet lots of people! There's a new batch of people to meet every 4 to 6 hours!
