You can just follow my screams of horror!
This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.

Folks:
I wanted to thank everyone for their unwitting help this last month.

On August 10th, my wife died of colon cancer. I was hit pretty hard, as you can imagine. Getting on this site every day and participating in the games has been a solid anchor of normalcy for me. I'm still adjusting- and will be for the forseeable future. But these games, and you folks, have helped me get through the worst of it.
Don't worry that you said something which might have hurt me. You didn't. Even if you had, you didn't know, so don't worry 'bout it.

Thanks guys! I saw the post in my private thread just before leaving work and didn't want to throw out a quick "she runs away," so I had plenty of time to think about what I wanted to do. Glad it turned out like I hoped.
On November 2nd I will be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. Couple quick questions I hope Rudolf was able to see to answer :)
* Were these Z's slower than in the past? I feel like we've never outran them before - of course this time we were only 90% surrounded instead of our normal 100% :D ;
* Did the Z's stop pursuing at any point? Did they give up right away? At the borders of the town? Before or after that?
* Sister Pointy Teeth, did she move at all? Did she pursue us with the Z's? If so could Rudolf see her manner of locomotion - running, crawling, flying on a broomstick, etc?
* No more howling has been heard, yes?

Just ramping down my paranoia to a normal Inferno level, not the current "11" it's at now. :)
