Oh, I tried to pick on the obscure side of things. I did feel it was only fair to limit to games I have owned though. I did pick one really obscure thing that didn't see regular publication, but I didn't list anything that was only in private distribution.

You did do that; and based on my recollections, you probably did come up with ten I don't have. I'd have to see the cover of the Adventures in Fantasy to be sure, but if it's the one I Googled, that's not one I've owned.

I was thinking about one of two that I have, and I was sure that High Fantasy was in their names, but one is so old that I'm probably having a senior moment, and one I was just plain wrong.

The oldest is actually published as a paperback, rather than the way rules were usually published back then.

It was a pretty standard D&D clone in a medieval setting, including a Christian religion. I probably still have it, floating around somewhere, but which box or storage area it's in is a good question.

The other I was thinking of is called Fantasy Imperium - I got that one solely because an artist I knew was one of their main contributors.

Ah yes, I actually have that one (acquired more recently, so not disposed in some reduction back in the 80s...). That's reasonably obscure, but probably due to being a hard cover, I think it shows up more often in used book stores.
