Re: OOC I
Why is sky going to get a goat or something?

Maybe a pony.
I don't know yet, maybe a war dog or hunting hawk.

A cat with a dog now that is irony.

Re: OOC I
Ok so I will admit I haven't updated my character sheet yet. Did we gain a level from this?
Instead of the sword I'll take the key.

That was my plan, until I read:GreyWolfVT wrote:Ok so I will admit I haven't updated my character sheet yet. Did we gain a level from this?
- "The Forge of Fury is set in the ruined stronghold of Khundrukar. It is designed for four 3rd-level player characters.. They can advance to 5th level with good play."
There are five of you now.
I'm thinking I'll leave you all at 3rd to start, but will pick an appropriate place kind of early on to advance everyone.

Re: OOC I
Noted. I did update my sheet added the key as "mystery key." And the 250 gp has been added. I haven't used the coin for any purchases yet.

The mystery key was a key to his (Belak's) study. I'm on my phone, so I can't easily search and link to the area, but you've been there. I think it's where Erky was killed (or stabilized).

Re: OOC I
So, there are 5 potions (3 Healing, 2 Antitoxin) that need to be handed out. So, who wants what? I know Sky and Shaede's character have requested Healing. Anyone feel strongly about the last one?

Re: OOC I
I'd be willing to take a healing potion but no real desire for the antitoxin

Re: OOC I
Ok, Klilxuac and Gerrin's character get Antitoxin, unless Gerrin really wants a Potion of Healing. Then you guys can argue amongst yourselves.

Re: OOC I
As I've posted in my other games, thanks to my company's generous parental leave policy, I just officially learned this morning that, starting next week, my manager will be out on paid paternal leave for roughly the next 2.5 months.
I'm going to be pulling double-duty at work until August, which I absolutely dread since my own clients keep my sufficiently busy, but my manager's client is a particularly difficult one. It's going to be making my life very stressful, and definitely cutting into the free time I was able to carve out during the day to work on game updates.
I will still be able to hop in quickly when I receive a notification that a forum or topic I subscribe to received an update, and will be able to provide short answers or replies to questions or requests, but my ability to post game action posts (with mapping, die rolling, tracking statistics, etc...) will be extremely cut back. Apologies!
I've essentially decided that I will launch this game with less preparation than I was hoping to get done, but it will still be delayed a bit. There is a minimum amount of work (e.g. finish reading the module) I want to complete before jumping in head first.
Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about this game, and preparations are being made in the background, but I'm juggling a lot right now -- with even more coming -- so I may not be able to get this off the ground as soon as I was thinking/hoping.

No worries. Enjoy the added visibility.
Re: OOC I
Just a quick note.
Things are crazy on my end right now, and I'm feeling super crunched for time, but I am still working on this.

Re: OOC I
No worries here Dave. I got busy too and hadn't updated my 4 games for 2 weeks roughly. So I get it.
