Well that concludes the first adventure of this ongoing, unspeakably Lovecraftian horror campaign.

Thanks, everyone. You've been an amazing group! I've enjoyed these three years. So much so, that I don't want it to stop.

But first, I'm taking a brief hiatus from these boards. I have an incredible opportunity to go camping and hiking in several national parks with my family for the next two months. I've never been able to take that much time off at once before. But unfortunately, I'll be away from a keyboard.

Once I return, I'll dole out XP awards and begin the next ghastly adventure in this game. All the surviving PCs are welcome to continue, of course. I'll work the game's waitlist to fill out the rest of the group. Then we'll continue with the dreadful, doom-laden terror fun!

See you in early August! Have a great two months, everyone! And thanks again!

Yes! Count Telkis in for the continuing story, please. This has been my favorite campaign ever, and I think it’s due to all the scintillating mouse conversation. (Oh, and the DM and other players and stuff. )

National parks are a treasure of this nation. Enjoy! Spent two weeks with the family going from the Tetons, yellowstone, zion, grand canyon, and sedona. it was awesome. We still talk about it today 10 years later.

When my wife and I retire (hopefully!) our plan is to take a road trip to visit all the national parks in the US. A few in canada as that's a gorgeous part of the world.

I'm in for the next one. I'm actually about to leave for a short section hike of the Appalachian Trail with my son, and I've visited many of our national parks over the years. I am jealous that you have a couple of months to enjoy them, hopefully with few distractions. I manage to work out a weeklong climbing trip every year, and I always come back physically exhausted but mentally refreshed. I think it's great that you're getting your family out away from everything. I'm sure they will all have fond memories of this trip for the rest of their lives.

I'd also like to thank the other players in this game. You guys were great and I hope to play with you all in the next incarnation of Inferno's horrors.
