Unutterable Blasphemies (ooc and questions lV)
Re: Unutterable Blasphemies (ooc and questions lV)
I use photoshop to modify existing rpg maps. It's not exactly made for this, but I'm comfortable with it.

Thanks Pixie.
As per the house rules, no one may move more than 10 feet and cast a spell (or attack with a missile weapon, or turn undead) in the same round. So Mouser can descend the rope now, and cast next round if he likes.
Characters may move more than 10 feet and attack with their melee weapon, as per the rules on "Charging." I'm assuming Telkis is doing that, unless I hear otherwise.
Thanks.

fair enough. With that, I'll wait to see what the positions are next round before I cast the spell. thanks!

Zombies don't require magic weapons to hit, do they?SocraticLawyer wrote:Urdur realizes that his non-enchanted daggers will have no power over these walking dead. He knows that fire cleanses evil, but he does not want to risk throwing a flask of oil in such small quarters.
He remains in the back, torch ready just in case one of the foul things gets too close.
Of course, maybe Urdur is just rationalizing staying out of combat.

Ooh, is there a Deck of Many Things we can draw from, too?

On November 2nd I will be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.

Hey gang. It's been three days. I'll let another day pass to give Brevos, Pip and Telkis the chance to post.

The figure beside Pip is the bound, unconscious cultist that Pelias has been carrying. Pelias put him on the ground when he attempted to Turn Undead.

Sorry to hold things up! Had a crazy couple of days at work. Next week will also be insane, so don’t let me slow you down. If I take too long, please NPC. Remember: 1. smash zombies, 2. talk to mice.Inferno wrote:Hey gang. It's been three days. I'll let another day pass to give Brevos, Pip and Telkis the chance to post.

Re: Unutterable Blasphemies (ooc and questions lV)
Mouser seems to far back to make a melee attack, however is he free to use his sling or would that have a change of hitting the front row?
Re: Unutterable Blasphemies (ooc and questions lV)
Hmm. I would say that a sling attack on Z1, Z4 or Z5 would be firing a missile weapon into a melee, and have an equal chance of hitting friend or foe.
But Z6 and Z7 are currently not engaged in melee combat. And the ceilings are high enough here to arc a missile over the fray. So, I'll say you can target Z6 and Z7. But a natural "1" will automatically result in hitting a friend, instead of a random roll determining the crit fumble result.
Make sense?

I will need to be away from the boards for the next few days.
If I am holding things up, feel free to NPC.
Thanks!

Z5 is strangling Telkis. Z4 is also trying to harm Telkis but hasn't yet.
I wrote that Grothnak attacked Z5, but can change to Z4 if you prefer. (Both Z4 and Z5 were uninjured before Grothnak's attack.)
Up to you. Thanks.
