Hi I'm Foggy
I started playing RPGs through the Mentzer Red Box with a friend in '84. Played a lot in middle and high schools, then a few different RPGs here and there.
My most recent RPG experience was a Pathfinder campaign that took 4 years. After gritting my teeth through a lot of tedium, I'm semi-allergic to anything 3rd Ed related though I'd be interested in an E6 campaign since it constrains 3rd Ed to the earlier, less tedious days.
I'm primarily interested in anything in the B/X, BECMI, RC style feel wise since that's where I began. BFRPG, LL, ACK, house rules, you name it.
I'm also interested in Planetary Romance or pulp style campaigns/rules. John Carter, Warlord, Conan, Solomon Kane, Jonah Hex, etc. I'm not someone who shies away when someone says "Let's get weird!"
Looking forward to see what I find,
Foggy

Welcome, Foggy.
If you're interested, your timing may be close to perfect if you'd like to be added to my 'Dave's Mega Dungeon (LL)' game, which uses the LL core rules and runs very close to Moldvay's BX.

Howdy, Fogster!
On November 2nd I will be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.

I cannot imagine why MonkeyWrench has not welcomed you here yet! Actually I have a rather active imagination and came up with 8 scenarios in the time it took me to type that, but nevertheless, let me, in his stead, say, "Welcome to the Unseen Servant!!! We enjoy candle-lit dinners, long walks by the beach, charburger Tuesdays, mojitos, and the occasional dungeon crawl!!!"
