I didn't think he'd get another proficiency until 4th level. BtB, fighters get an extra proficiency every three levels after the first, so the next proficiency would come up at 4th level, then 7th, etc.Zhym, Grothnak gets a new weapons proficiency this level. There is no training requirement before 5th level in this game. It would be cool if Grothnak chose a weapon he came in contact with, but I won't place restrictions on your choice. Thanks.
Of course, I'm happy to take a proficiency if you'd like.PHB p. 37 wrote:Added Proficiency in Weapons gives the number of additional weapons the character can use with proficiency upon attaining the indicated number of levels above the 1st. Thus, at 1st level a cleric can use two weapons with proficiency, at 5th level the cleric selects another for a total of three, at 9th level the total is four, at 13th five, etc.
Thanks, I'm enjoying it too. Especially the great PC characterizations.ChubbyPixie wrote:Never played it. Never read it... or even heard a general plot outline. ...does the gnome die?

Chub, this means Telkis' new proficiency has to wait a level. Sorry.
Hope it went well.ChubbyPixie wrote:Hey, guys. Having a medical procedure today and probably won't be able to post until tomorrow. NPC me as needed!
