Nice bit of backstory, Ruke!

The Professor: "There is a terrible threat facing this world, and all the nests and eggs within it. The threat is being perpetuated by a collection of unfeathered who have taken the name of your cousins in gathering, corvus frugilegus—the Rook. But they lack the wisdom, dignity, and moral rectitude of that proud flock.

"My small flock and I would stop these villains, but there is much we do not know. We lack keen eyes and nimble wings of Penuttler's children. Could you aid us? There is a building, below us. We believe the villains are housing a terrible green mineral there, a mineral that wants to grow and consume with the rapacious hunger of a thousand alley cats, the relentless indifference of an oncoming taxi cab.

"Would you investigate this site for us, and tell us if the green mineral is indeed there, and all that you see of the unfeathered within? Would you be our eyes in the sky?"

"S-S-S-SYS-SYSTEM MALFU-" The drone collapses to the ground and bursts into flames.

An ASF officer approaches shortly aftewards. He looks at the smoking heap of the drone, and then at Raven and Scamp. His mouth gapes open in disbelief and says to them quite politely, "Sir, you will have to come with me for a quick questioning. We will need to know what exactly happened here." He begins to recover the drones black box, looking at Raven every now and then, half-expecting him to make a run for it.

You just had to make an successful roll for computer death, didn't you? This may end up becoming a hidden power of your character's, which may act as a blessing and a curse in its own respect.
LMAO, You're great Ruke.
Raven looks at the bot, then to the officer. He does that a few more times before simply stating, "It's not what it looks like" as he follows the officer for questioning.

Following the officer without giving any problems, you arrive at the Central ASF HQ, the heart of Atlas City Security. Walking through the set of front doors, you are met with usual chaos of a busy workday. Staff and officers are found rushing back and forth with documents and carts, receptionists and people in lab coats on the phone answering calls, and the occasional super conversing with another officer or a person in a business suit.

The officer leads you to a standard questioning room, the kind you'd usually see with the one way windows and all that. Raven takes a seat and Scamp sits on the ground nearby, obediently waiting for any instructions. Scamp's dealings with the police are normal and he is comfortable in such a setting, finding himself the one frequently helping them with investigations and what not. The officer asks for them to produce their hero licenses for confirmation before they begin the questioning process.

"You speak of the gween towahs in the land of smoke. We have seen this, yes. We do not like to get too close though, the smokes make us cough and we fall from the sky when that happens. Lots of metal things go in and out, that much we know. Men in suits, and...." The pidgeon nibbles at the croissant before continuing. "the sky vibwates when we get close, that's all we know. You go to a dangewous place fwiend, wahd of advice, bwing fwiends with you, and a mask if you be in the skies." The pidgeon then describes the general location of the place, using certain buildings as landmarks for the route. It sounds like Rook Industries' new power plant is located in the industrial district of Atlas City, a place where security is not as tight and where certain villians can roam free within the shadows of day and the chill of night.

The Professor notes down everything the pigeon says in his little notebook. "...bring masks... metal things..." When he finishes, he snaps the notebook shut, puts it in his jackets breast pocket, and the bows to the pigeons while fluttering the tails of his tweed jacket as though they were plumage. "Thank, Wise Dwellers of the Vertices. You have been of great aid, praise be to Penuttler. Please, if you would do one last favor, pass the word among the Feathered Folk of this threat and of our intent to stop it. One the one wing, we could use any aid that they might provide. On the other, should we fail, they will want to move their nests to as remote a location as possible."

Sorry, Pyro, the Professor is speaking Pigeon Pidgin. Max is probably still having a good laugh at the sight of this, however.

Raven slides his hero license towards the questioner on the desk. waiting silently for any questions, staring directly into the mans eyes.

I was wondering that myself when I read that paragraph. Maybe Professor Feldon equipped S.C.A.M.P.'s circuits with a technology he'd been working on to protect against interference?

If the interview with the pigeons is over, the Professor will scramble back to Max, and ask him to return them to the others.

"Errr no, sorry lad, wish I were though!" Oakley chuckles to himself as he finds the situation humorous. "But I do understand your current situation with electronics and I am genuinely sorry to hear of your condition. I would like to help, but that would mean obtaining your brief cooperation."

The Professor then looks towards SCAMP and smiles widely, surprised to see him here. "Why your Feldon's piece of work aren't you? I never thought I would get the oppurtunity to see you up close!" He kneels down and extends his hand, starting to pet him as he continues to talk. "The latest in Tuffskin coats and Fauxfurr application, marvelous. You know, I've been pushing for the security department to create more models like you. Yes, your drug sensing capabilities are top notch, and your data disc interchangeability can be highly useful for the police department here."

He is all smiles and grins as he continues to marvel at SCAMP's well-builtness, completely aware of the fact that the dog is indeed a robot. He looks up every now and then as he continues to talk with Raven as well, holding two conversations at once.

The interview is over, and you may consider their warning to them heeded, as well as the oppurtunity presented to possibly help out in the future. Where you choose to teleport to is up to you. Know that there will need to be a constant flow of air between your current destination and your chosen one in order for the teleportation through air to work. The amount of obstacles between those destinations, when it comes to air currents, will increase the difficulty of the power use, requiring higher success scores to accomplish the feat. Shorter distances are easier to handle and require only the lowest of success.

"Oh, don't worry about any sort of pain. We've practically removed that from the equation, thanks to Chiron Pharmacuetical's advances in medical practices. Still, if you are not comfortable with the idea of sharing your blood for analysis, we will not push the issue; but know that it is the quickest way for us to build a method of controlling that anti-computer ability of yours, eventually allowing you to have control over it. Professor Oakley pulls over an intern and starts to go over some information with her on his touchscreen tablet. He appears to be going over the drone wreckage reports, pointing out certain details to her. They both start to walk away slowly to another room. Does Raven follow, or head back outside?

Raven stares wide eyed at his new friend Olivia, patting her on the side, murmuring "Don't worry... I will protect you..." He then resumes his normal facial look and heads after the doctor casually.

Once he catches up to him he will hold his hand out expectantly while staring at the doctor.

Professor Oakley turns to face Raven, feigning his surprise at the sudden act of volunteering. With Raven's hand extended, Oakly quickly pulls out a small device, slaps it onto Raven in the form of handshake and then quickly puts it back in his pocket, a sample of blood now secured inside. The whole process lasted nothing more than a few seconds, and there was hardly any pain, impressive. "Glad to hear that you will cooperate with us sir! We will get to work on this sample as soon as we can and perhaps have something ready for you in the near future. Now if you will excuse me, I really do need to get back to the drone report here. Your ability to destroy computers and all forms of electronics is quite potent and I'm trying to figure out how it happened exactly..." He walks away talking to his assistant again.

Raven looks down at his palm with a calm look on his face and notices that there is no scar or puncture mark or anything visible. It was as if a sample wasn't taken at all in the first place.

You start to head out of the police station when you hear an interesting conversation take place near the exit. A super is talking with another about recents that have taken place in the Industrial Sector of the city.

"I heard that the relief package for the citizens was hijacked by a bunch of villians, a combined effort! They are more organized than we thought."

"Yeah, I heard about that, nasty bit of business that was.... We lost two good heroes in that skirmish, straight out of the academy too, poor greenies. They didn't deserve a death like that, being roasted alive and dismembered.... the ASF was hit hard as well by those monsters. Did you hear about the raid that went down shortly afterwards?"

"What raid?"

"Exactly! Only a handful of people knew about it, and those people have not gotten any word back from the 50 some ASF and the two heroes that joined them. I- we fear for the worse.... What sort of monsters are out there and what is going on outside those tall walls of ours?"

The other super just holds her arms around her self and shakes in fear, shaking her head as she doesn't want to listen to any more of this. The other supers tries to comfort her, but his arm is tossed aside, he shrugs with a sigh of defeat.

-----

Not voicing any sort of difference of opinion, Max teleports the Professor and himself back to the hotel room they booked. They still have about a half hour left before everyone else is supposed to arrive. What would you like to do?

-----

Permafrost, Steve, and Cortez will be actively recruiting supers for the strike against the pirates. This event will happen in the background unless Pyro wants to directly participate in this event.
