Ignore the crazy DM!
Gandrel leaves the room to the othesr and checks up the new passage - looking with infravision before proceeding. Then continuing carefully onwards>

Re: Part 4: Following Trouble
The searching reveals there is still nothing in the cave or the tunnel no traps no anything or anyone. only sounds you hear are you and your companions breathing and foot falls.

hopefully we can take a peek in every
area then double back...

Re: Part 4: Following Trouble
Lubidius will help with the (hopefully stealthy) quiet searching and looking for any traps....
OOC: My work is being weird and not letting my go to the die-roller (though I can come here....go figure); so if Mister DM wants to make any Thief skill rolls for me; I'd appreciate it!

Re: Part 4: Following Trouble
No traps are found or encountered to the end of the passage it looks like a small sleeping area nobody is there but it looks like perhaps the two orcs now dead used this space to sleep in. There is an extinguished fire pit 2 bed rolls and 2 rucksacks.

Re: Part 4: Following Trouble
Dune finds no such parchment or notes writings not even a doodle or cave painting. Theodore pokes around the fire pit and just finds bits of firewood that didn't turn entirely to ash and looks like bones left over from last meal the orcs had. Gandrel starts to poke around the bedrolls and realizes they smell badly of orc urine and stops touching them immediately in the packs/rucksacks you find stale bread, a waterskin that smells of the bog/swamp water, 50cp, a rusty knife and a chunk of moldy cheese. The other pack/rucksack has nearly the same except it also has a couple of dead rats likely the planned next meal of the now dead orcs. Other than that there is nothing special found.

Re: Part 4: Following Trouble
The party moves onward to the next unexplored passage in which the rolling massive stone golem juggernaut came out from. Still all you hear is long distant sounds on the mining activity back in the larger mining cave. Reaching the passage it looks longer than the last but the dwarf Thifli can sense that the passage does not go deeper it like the way you entered the tunnels goes back up towards the surface. So far no sounds or anything in sight.

Re: Part 4: Following Trouble
Lubidius will move as quietly as possible at the front of the group; walking to the edge of the torchlight and searching for traps or other threats to the party....

Alanis follows along with the group, humming a joyful tune to himself as the rogue types do their searches.

Re: Part 4: Following Trouble
Again you walk down a tunnel no traps nothing of concern until you reach to where you can see the end those with torches, light, lantern or infravision can make out another camp sleeping make shift space but this one has some orcs still slumbering, some eating around the barely staying lit campfire. none of them has spotted the party yet. There can be counted a total of 7 orcs.
