Welcome GTan_Baq. Hey what happened to Fonky? Wasn't he running those two characters?

GreyWolfVT:
FronkyDondo, has retired from the game to concentrate on Dungeon Mastering his own game, "MR1: The Haunted Mines of Gomor", apparently a prequel to the A1-4 series.
Pulpatoon:
Banded Mail Armor is Armor Class 4, with a shield it is AC 3.
When i look at that chart anymore i swear they should switch to a 30-Sided die for this, while eliminating the Six, 20's in a row on the 'To Hit' as well, to just one, because of all the + bonuses.

Re: Out of Character Discussion (OCC):
GTan_Baq, here is a recap summary of the game so far, that Pulpatoon originally wrote for Fronkydondo:
So, recap:
A bunch of us all showed up at the Keep, looking for work. We banded together to rescue some missing merchants, who were believed to have been kidnapped by hobgoblins and taken to local monster neighborhood, The Caves of Chaos.
The first party stayed off the roads, sneaking through the woods to get to the Caves. On the way they found lots of gnoll patrols and some military prep going on at the mysterious Lonely Tower. They warned the Keep of both of these developments and proceeded to the Caves, entered one, and were promptly betrayed by Keep cleric Father Tenebaum. Kaput.
Second party stayed on the roads, strolled up to the Caves, set a bunch of stuff on fire, and kinda ran around like chickens with our heads cut off for a while until a wandering druid came by and pointed us in the right direction. We entered a cave, fought some goblins, and were once again betrayed by Tenebaum. We got the better of him, this time.
The party has a number of headstrong individuals, and was having a hard time organizing itself, and so elected Borum leader. The idea is that he is not an autocrat, but more of a chairman: he solicits options, presents them to us in a succinct way, and, if we can't agree on a single course, makes the final call. It's been working pretty well.
Does that help? Any questions or clarifications?
=====================================
Since the time, that summary was posted, a battalion of soldiers, led by Lord Quido Macsen Wiedig, left the Keep late in the night to deal with the military threat at the Lonely Tower.

yea, it's 1st & 2nd Edition Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Rules mainly.GTan_Baq wrote:what edition is this game so i know what this character can / cant do?PyroArrow wrote:Dungeon Master:

With the Non-Weaponry Proficiencies & that Critical Hits & Misses charts added in.
On a side note i started reading the D&D 5th Edition Basic Rules PDF & like how it feels like a true progression from the 1st & 2nd Editions than 3.5 & 4th edition.

Re: Out of Character Discussion (OCC):
3rd edition was fun, never played 3.5, but 4th the mechanics were kinda wonky. i guess if you approach it as a stand alone game it can be fun. personally i prefer 1e, LL, LL+AEC or BX/BECMI....keep it simple i say
edit: by the way, what time is it in game time? wexley and borum might be getting hungry

It's April 13th game time.
Since it appears the group will leave prior to sun up, & everyone got all healed up, i guess we could make it dinner time now & start some more antics at the One-Eyed Cat before resting & heading off into the sun rise.

With the encroaching army from the tower you guys want to head into the forest? it will take longer but we wont be on the road and moving past an enemy army.
