I don't think I've ever tried having a character push past an opponent, which is why I wasn't sure.
Per the most recent update, there are no question marks. It shows Z12 and Z13 as the last opponents up the stairs. Is that incorrect?

No, sorry, I forgot that Z13 advanced out of question mark-dom.Rusty Tincanne wrote:I don't think I've ever tried having a character push past an opponent, which is why I wasn't sure.

Those are all that the PCs can see on the spiraling stair. There could be more above, out of sight.

Again (but different):
Re: That Which Shall Not Be Spoken (ooc and questions Vl)
You're killing me Rusty!
Hey Inferno, if someone were to attack from afar, with a missile, and run away. How would that free attack work? Asking for a friend...

This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.

If an attacker Surprises his target, he gets a free round of action.
Anyone attacking with a missile weapon can move 1" in the same round.
Anyone attacking with a melee weapon can move 1" in the same round, or elect to "charge" before the attack, increasing their movement, gaining +2 to hit, and suffering a +2 to be hit.

Whew. Positives and negatives. Sounds like 1E to me!
I should have my action up today!

Hey gang,
Traveling for work and may be unable to post. So let's pause the game for a few days. I'll be back on Friday night and should have my next DM post up by Monday. Thanks. Have a good week!

Yay! Nobody dies for a few days!
Sometimes this summer I will most likely be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.

I’ll go talk to Greg about reversing the polarity on the die roller while he’s gone!

This was great timing. I got swamped this weekend at an art show and thought I was missing everything.

Nope, not so much.
Right now, it looks like we're hoping the sun sets before the Zeds kill us all, I think.

Bad news is that you are all still dead, but hey good work!

If we leveled, maybe we ought to roll for our hit points. That will prolong the pain and suffering just a bit longer.
Great write up, by the way.

No thanks. This is the roller we've chosen!... to paraphrase Hyman Roth.rredmond wrote:Rudolph’s dagger attacks:
Thrown dagger and a prayer: [1d20+3] = 12+3 = 15 Dam: [1d4] = 1
Thrown dagger and another prayer: [1d20+3] = 12+3 = 15 Dam: [1d4] = 1
Thats bizarre and kind of interesting. Don’t think I broke the roller but would understand if you want me to re-roll that second roll.
