Poor Gronda is a victim of her own success. Having killed so many enemies in the battle with the starving caravan survivors, she had many adversaries to face here.OGRE MAGE wrote:Now......STOP shooting me!

Oh, I see.
When you explain it like that it makes it much easier to take.

Friendly reminder: As per the "PC Magic" status at the bottom of major DM updates: the effects of the healing mists are ongoing and will be so for months.ChubbyPixie wrote:Looking in Gronda's direction he adds, "We can always take her back to heal her up in the mists, if necessary."

People say that it is good to get back to your roots every now and again.
So, I will soon be making my annual pilgrimage down to the promised land in Lake Geneva Wisconsin. The very place where every one of these games that we all love so much originated.
That's right.......it is time once again for GARYCON!!!
Not sure that Gronda will even be back up by then but.....I will still post if and when I get the time, but my usual rate will be considerably less than normal for the next 5 days or so.
I will be back once the excitement (and the brainfuzz from all the Spotted Cow) wears off.

I'll also be at GaryCon starting tomorrow, Thursday, til Sunday. I'll try to post, but it'll be ...sparse. I hope to at least chime in, but please NPC me if necessary.
Re: Dreamlands (ooc and questions l)
Is it just me, or does fighting this new, giant shadow, seem like really bad idea? If we fall back, we could probably get Gronda out and head back to that movable hallway, go somewhere else. (it does kind of depend on this thing not following us).

I think we were meant to *add* to the treasure pile as well.
Gronda dreams of a hot bath in her unconscious state.

Hey gang,
I'm on spring break this week. We'll pause the game's action until I get back on Monday, April 3.
Have a good week, everyone. See you soon.

Just helpfully relocating this to the OOC thread.

Sorry, Jernau. It's been five days. Gotta keep it moving.
Ideally, PCs should reply within 2-3 days of my DM posts. Thanks.

Um.... hmmm.Mant72 wrote:"No, Kiri, to sunder the group is death. Gather closely."
The Argosian promptly presses the ankh button before anyone can wander away.
Kiri was in no way trying to sunder the group... he asked everyone to get in the center of the hall before pressing any buttons. I am (as a player) confused by Garrin's action - seems like there's been a big misunderstanding... Kiri believes he has solved the puzzle of the hall buttons and was acting on it - he hadn't heard anyone else voice a solution to the puzzle. By his reckoning they are already in the Ankh hallway, since going back the way we came leads to the place where we got the ankh marks. Whatever, though, I guess we'll just see what happens. I could be totally wrong about the puzzle. I'm good either way.
Re: Dreamlands (ooc and questions l)
The way I was understating things is that with Kiri at the other end of the hall, he would be split from the group. Garrin was just trying to keep everyone together. Sorry if I stepped on anyone's toes.ChubbyPixie wrote:Um.... hmmm.Mant72 wrote:"No, Kiri, to sunder the group is death. Gather closely."

No worries from my end. Was just confused. Again, Kiri could be totally wrong about this hall puzzle...
