Vek's moment of silence for the two dead humans is interrupted by Ganon's warning.
His cracked voice croaks, "I say spike the door and open the next one. Perhaps we can come around them and surprise them... set fire to their webs."

And, "Have we any poison antidote?"

Well, they are expecting us to come form this door at this point, indulging them would not be the best for us. I concur with pinning this door, putting a noise maker on it and then checking another door.

Roseheart snickers, "Yes - my Fireball spell. It's more of a preventive than a curative, of course...."

Thorax switches to Dwarven "Cormac, let's get this door closed up quick". As soon as that is secure Thorax rushes to check the wounded.

Working together as a team, you throw your shoulders into the door, slamming it shut and then spiking it closed. The scuffling, whispering noises from inside die away into silence.

*Do you guys want to try the next door in the line, the most southern of the 3 double doors?*

Ganon:

Sheathing his short sword, Ganon turns his attention to the corpses, bending down to check the bodies for items of value or use.
"Come on now, give Ganon something to smile about." he says as he searches each body.

You begin to search through the orange mummified bodies. When you move them you notice even their bones are soft!

Siding through the strands of web is tough and slow going, your blades sticking repeatedly. However, you manage to uncover them.

Of the orcs, all have thick studded leather and they have the smears of red paint and burned spots on their bodies that you remember seeing on one of your first trips to the dungeon, with the dragon....

One of the orcs has a small sack with 55gp.

The two human corpses have more items: two sacks with 220gp,300sp, and one of the men was clutching a long dagger with a tiger carved into the hilt. Also at the very bottom of the pile was a sturdy shield.

Ganon:

"Well this is promising. Not a huge amount but it's a good start. Nice carving on this dagger. It might bring a little more than the common ones found in the markets. Anyone need or want to carry around this shield? It looks sturdy."
Ganon will collect the coin for the group and take the dagger if no one else claims it.

Cormack nods his head at Ganon's question. "Looks a mite bit better than mine, I'll take it. Less one of others needs it? I only carry one in case I loose one of me axes. But lets not dally too long. I'm itching to find a way around to the other side of those spider things. Give them a little what for."

Thorax nods. If nothing further can be done he seconds heading off. Let's try the most southern door.

Tella will gather her candles and head with the others to the southern door.

Ganon opens the first of the double doors into a long hallway the runs along side the huge room you are in. It looks like if you turn north this hallways will connect to the other double doors. It also heads south for as far as your lights show you. Just in front of you is another red paint symbol. It looks like another foul fire orc sign.

Thorax says "Let's follow it."

"Aye," grunts Vek as he advances with blade out and shield up.

"I suggest we take the left branch and head back towards those beasties"
