"Good call, Sparrow. Let's keep an eye on her, though" states Captain Obvious Sylvan as he follows through the door.

Fulp returns to the chamber as they are admiring the secret door. He will likewise follow in line.

Ciar immediately follows, somewhat intrigued that he is at the rear of the party for once, and slightly put out that he was so close to the secret entrance and didn't notice it.

No, but a wizard can. I bet that is the work of Hunclay himself. Says Sparrow as he goes through the illusionary wall.

Lets be quiet in here while we retrieve Nighttail's friend. This will be worlds easier for us with guides. Man I sure hope this isn't a trap of some kind.

"This is going to end badly for someone involved. Mark my words." Leliana muses as the kobold disappears through an illusionary wall. "Kobolds can do sorcery?" Sorsha wonders aloud. "No, but a wizard can," Sparrow says. "I bet that is the work of Hunclay himself," the dark-skinned warrior replies, moving to the illusionary wall. "Lets be quiet in here while we retrieve Nighttail's friend." With that warning issued, he passes through...

And finds himself in another tunnel, reminiscent of those navigated previously, with low ceilings, but this current corridor does feel slightly wider. At the foot of this passage, just on the other side of the illusionary wall, a stack of empty wooden crates lies strewn about the floor. "They were in the way," Nighttail admits with a sheepish look on its face. Once she spies the group following her, she turns and resumes the journey to rescue her friend.

The group winds approximately 100-feet in the current tunnel, always heading the same general direction, but waving from side to side as the progress. At the end of the corridor is a large, stout wooden gate which is securely latched, but not locked. Beyond the gate, the group can see in the opening of a what appears to be a large cave, with much taller ceilings. Dozens of well-chewed deer bones lie scattered around the cave.

Added Ciar to map.

For the record, he was on my original map, which was more of a close-up of the gate area, but I replaced it with a more 'wide' shot to include the winding tunnel you all followed to get there (and apparently forgot to add him to this updated map).

"What's beyond the gate?" whispers Sylvan. The smell of this place is awful. He pulls a couple flower petals from his belt pouchs and rubs them between his fingers. He drags his fingers across his upper lip.

Sparrow assumes that the other imprisoned kobold will be behind the gate. He lets Nighttail do her thing, following closely behind her. He watches her movements intently, making sure she isn't up to something nefarious.

Watching the back of the party, Ciar has no opportunity to interact with the helpful kobold and thus does not.

"We mustn't frighten my friend," Nighttail cautions, insisting that she be the one to open the gate. As Sparrow was going to suggest that very action, he allows it, but watches over the female kobold closely as she goes to work on the gate. After a solid minute of tinkering, she manages to open it, and she quickly rushes inside... when a deep roar is heard erupting from within, just out of view of those just standing at the entrance, or further back. As the group efforts to discover the source of this loud, attention-grabbing roar, a smallish bipedal dinosaur, nearly the length of two horses, swiftly bursts into view with Nighttail riding on its back. This muddy brown dinosaur with olive green stripes possesses short, powerful arms that end in sharp claws. It stops and stares at Sparrow, still standing at the doorway, before it lets loose another roar, exposing its mouth filled with sharp teeth. Its kobold rider says something which calms it.

Sorshas mouth drops and eyes widen. Staring at the beast she whispers to Grim: "Tell me THAT isn't one of the rats you mentioned being here..."

Sparrow stands at the doorway, unable to think clearly.

I hope Huk doesn't have a fond taste for human flesh my little friend.

Sparrow rubs his eyes a little, making sure he isn't seeing things.

Well, he should certainly make for a great ally against this stupid king you, I mean we, are trying to eliminate. Where to next, Nighttail?

Sylvan produces a slight smile at Fulp's joke, but says nothing. He seems to be studying Nighttail's mount, trying to learn more of its nature.

Hearing the gods only know what coming from the other end of the line, Ciar swiftly retreats back to the largest room they passed through.

As for familiarity or specifics about what Huk is, any character that observes him (or her, or it) can feel free to roll a d20. I will share with that player what their character knows, if anything.
