Re: HELP!!! The quest begins
Ok, now I am somewhat confused here.
Orando wants to go have lunch with Mukluk (and Odilo?)
Grillock and Odilo are pretending that they don't know most of the rest of the party?
Ugghra still wants to go harass the poor victims families?
Do some still want to go to the tower today?
(Not sure what Epi and Dowling want to do)
Can I get some actions posted as to the specifics for these ideas please?
Thanks!

Pretending for Mukluk's sake yes it's an act as if Grillock and Odilo are con-artists

Re: HELP!!! The quest begins
"Eat Mukluk eat!" says Orando, slapping his new-found friend on the shoulder as the bread bowl of stew is served. The elf orders a few ales and talks with the half-orc, weaving irrelevant often false small-talk about himself, compliments about Mukluk's skill and brutish good looks, and more relevant questions including:
- What do you do at the Pounding Fathers?
- Pitchforks looks fun. Tell me about it. Maybe we can go there tonight.
- How does the Pounding Fathers do such volume of business in so small a village?
- I do a little thieving on the side. Is their a guild here wink wink.
- Is the new sheriff in town any good?
- What's with these disappearances?
- The mayor seems a real bitch. What's her problem?

Epi
From our DM:
So when Epi left the mercantile and saw the two others, she would have headed that way hoping to join up to venture to the former tower. She would have backed off a bit when seeing the half-orc they were talking too.
From Sir Ugghra:
She well follow those heading to the Weary Traveler Inn.

From Sir Ugghra:
Quietly, "No go ahead, I think I'll keep an eye on the others and their new friend."The gentleorc looked to Epi and then to Dowling, "Shall We Try the Two Victims' Families Then? Perhaps Your Friend at the Tavern Can Offer Some Assistance Regarding Their Addresses, Good Father?"
She well follow those heading to the Weary Traveler Inn.

Father Dowling
I believe I shall go visit Mr. Kresty to see what this item is that he has for me. While I'm in that area, I shall also attempt to speak with the mayor. Maybe she would be willing to speak privately with a priest about what happened to her when she was younger. The padre then turns to depart.

Re: HELP!!! The quest begins
Orando is still quite full from the lunch he just had. He is about to join up with Ugghra to visit with the families. (I think)
Mukluk is still standing around by the front of Pitchforks tavern, looking rather dejected and pouty. He keeps kicking dust around with his boots.

Re: HELP!!! The quest begins
Grillock- sees Mukluk upset outside. We should see to our new friend looks like he may need some work.

Re: HELP!!! The quest begins
The dynamic duo head back to speak with their new buddy in front of Pitchforks.
My boss mad. Real mad. I didn't get fired but, can't go to tower with you if your whole group going now. He still want to speak with you two after you get back though. If you do that, it will help me a lot.

Re: HELP!!! The quest begins
Mukluk gets an eerily satisfied look in his eyes.
Good to hear. Thanks! I gotta go clean up puke now. See you tomorrow.
Unless there are further questions or comments, he disappears into the front door of the tavern and locks it behind him.
