Ok then, unlikely Finver will be able to attack this round but asking if I could use that attack in the next round after he reaches his target

He can attack if he "charges."

Gives +2 to hit, +2 to be hit, and he can't charge again for 10 rounds.

So, from the map, it looks like if Mungo and Draupadi put 5x5 glyphs side by side right at the cave entrance, it would about block it. https://www.unseenservant.us/forum/view ... 80#p644680 Is that possible?

Agreed, but can we even get to those spots is the question.

;) Thank you, yes! I'll take the Charge option and won't use it again unless we go beyond round 10.

Correct. The Slime God is in the way.

Jemmus, what would you like Mungo to do, please?

Just getting creative here in all my old school glory: would it be possible to use blunt weapons such as Finver's hammer and other character's blunt weapons to hammer off large rocks and cause a cave in on the Slime God's in order to assist Lady Drapaudi's ward? I'm not sure if we have mentioned the cave walls and what condition they are in.

I've heard tell that some demihumans are miners of great skill and others are able to detect unsafe walls, ceilings or floors.

Yes, exactly my thought!! But how should I proceed?

I guess a dwarf would know that gnomes can detect unsafe walls, ceilings and floors. If Finver wants to enact this plan, he might enlist Maskelyn in the effort? Or you might try something else?

I understand your idea. I need to know how you plan to execute the idea, specifically. Thanks.

If can attack at the end of the move. Forge Hammer dam 2-7/2-8 +1 for Shocking Gloves, THAC0 18 [1d20+1]=3+1=4 [1d6+2]=6+2=8

Hi Jemmus,
Since you rolled to hit, I'll assume Mungo charged this round. He can't charge again for 10 rounds. :)

It is a good idea but I think we need to lure it out first.

Maybe, but I don't see how getting it out of the cave is going to help seal it inside. If I were 100% on my idea, I'd argue louder.

It doesn't, but it would allow us to get into the cave which we currently can't do. I tried to get to the entrance already and can't as the Slime God is blocking the entrance. Maybe I am missing something here but from my failed attempt and the map it appears we are all outside or on top of the Slime God with no way to get inside without crossing on top of the Slime God and having to make a saving throw.

Because, AFAIK, we can go through the seal on the cave entrance. Slimy can't.

Now he asks! :)

Just kidding. Here's the map I posted earlier:

Maskelyn moves 9" a round, slightly reduced due to slime-covered terrain.

He estimates maybe 12 or 13 minutes (rounds)? Assuming nothing stops his progress.
