Wulfart, taking advantage of his invisibility, pinches Asherrion on the ass.

I considered having Wulfhart roll to pinch, hoping he would fumble and his finger go up Ash's... nevermind.

The rules are oddly silent in defining if a pinch on the ass qualifies as an attack, thereby negating invisibility. While consent of the recipient could qualify the pinch as a welcome erotic act, a surprise pinch will likely be considered hostile. Interpretation opinions on this important rule matter are welcome.

I like that ruling (and thanks for not making me roll a fumble ). It's hard to remember than invisible PCs are invisible, so I was hoping he'd reappear.

Besides, it could work out well for Candy...

If an invisible creature attacks and completely whiffs on the roll, does he stay invisible if he didn't actually contact the enemy? Or would any attack, hit or miss, cause them to be seen?

He was not dealing damage, so I'd say it is no more of an attack than a hearty slap on the back.

"Are those passengers dead?" it asks, indicating the sleeping men and tattooed woman.

"That locker has been illegally accessed," indicating the locker cut open.

"What has happened here?"
