I have the same errors, in every case the back button fixes it. I haven't lost any data yet.

I have some time finally to spend looking deeper into this. Hopefully it will get resolved in the next couple of days.

I had some other error yesterday that completely prevented me from accessing the Servant. If I hit back and clicked any link I got the error. It's obvious that I'm not having that issue now, however.
Sometimes this summer I will most likely be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. Yeah, I'm getting these errors, too. I haven't lost a post to one yet, though, knock on wood.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
This happened as I was sending a Private Message about 15 minutes ago. I hit the back button, the message was still in there, and when I sent it again it went through.

Ditto.

Bizarrely I (serially) got an "incorrect password" error yesterday when trying to log in to view a new post from an email notification.

As per Eris above (Hi, Eris! :) ) all of these glitches are temporary in nature.

It does seem to be happening more often, and generally worse when there are more people on the site. I've also started to get the error page twice in a row on occasion, but it goes on the third refresh. I've also had the general error followed by the SQL error a few times.

Yeah that was only temporary. There was a minor update to phpBB, and that message was there during the update process.
