Re: OOC Discussion III: Bride of OOC
I still have this feeling that we're encountering angry townsfolk like when Van Helsing killed a vampire in Transylvania and they all got angry with him for it.

Ha. Sorry. My mistake.
I can fix my post, Zhym if you like.
It's almost fitting, coming from the dreamer of Urth.

Re: OOC Discussion III: Bride of OOC
Hi,
I'm out of town and offline until Monday, February 27.
If I'm holding things up, please NPC my character as needed.
Thanks!

Re: OOC Discussion III: Bride of OOC
Let's suppose you don't find convenient reinforcements in town. What would your characters do then? Short-term? Long term?
Re: OOC Discussion III: Bride of OOC
Thanks for the warning, Zhym.
Hmm. How long does it take to reach the gypsy camp from here, please?

Re: OOC Discussion III: Bride of OOC
It's about an hour and a half away.
Re: OOC Discussion III: Bride of OOC
Zhym, we've only ever slept in one place in Bavoria, correct? The abandoned home where undead versions of the first PC party visited us in the night?
If Strahd still lives, he'll interrupt our rest again. We need a new place. Maybe another abandoned home? GW and Dram, any thoughts?

I concur with your observation and conclusion Inferno. A new place we need indeed.

Re: OOC Discussion III: Bride of OOC
That is correct. This group has only stayed in the abandoned house where Bragar and Castran found.
Re: OOC Discussion III: Bride of OOC
I think Bragar and Castran had searched for a while for a safe place to rest. even asked some people to hide us with no luck.
There is the Inn but we left that place cause it did not feel safe. And they were robbing us blind.

I think we might as well restore all spells. We should plan for the worst until we can confirm Strahd's death.
Thoughts, GW and Dram?

Re: OOC Discussion III: Bride of OOC
Yes I forgot the shack or cabin was warded already so hell may as well rest here and pray the roller isn't to terrible to us. A mage with no spells to cast is mostly just a decoy or fodder

Re: OOC Discussion III: Bride of OOC
FYI, full recovery of Agax's spells will require 6 hours of sleep and 4.5 hours of study for a total of 10.5 hours.

Re: OOC Discussion III: Bride of OOC
well unfortunately or fortunately we may have to go that route since we only have 3 of us left functioning beyond being drones we may have to alternate between Dram and myself to allow Inferno to regain spells for his character likely splitting the 10 hr rest period into 2, 5 hour watch shifts.
