Biblo is no ranger or druid. Harvesting venom will take him two rolls:

-An Intelligence save on 1d20 to figure out how to do it.
-A Dexterity save on a 1d20 to safely extract the poison.

A 20 on either roll means he's managed to poison himself.

What would the rules be for a druid to harvest the venom?

No Int save required. Just the Dex save. A '20' still results in a poisoning.
Fyi, the level of success with the Dex save will determine number of doses harvested.

Yes. He could partner with outdoorsmen like Attila or Roan, or with Mako whose homeland prizes scorpions as a delicacy.

I'd also consider Loche (if he were still present). Technically, he's a savage, but Dave's been playing him as more civilized, perhaps as a result of his travels.

Or Gronda the ranger could attempt by herself.

I ponder the scorpian. I can trace the canal for the poison back along the tail and I think that is the venom sack. I should have read more on alchemy of the body. I draw my knife, ready to cut, when Atilla the Hyrkanean offers to help.

"Yes, you are more learned than I on such matters. If you get some, I would dip my arrow tips in."

What's the ruling for having Attila lend aid? Is that also Dex save for Attila?

Arthfael, Biblo, or Gronda could tell Attila what to do.
Biblo needs to make an Int Save on a d20. The other two don't.
But whoever does it, needs to say they do it IC.

Then Attila could roll a d20 against Dex.

That said, it's a little chaotic right now for a biology lesson followed by exacting surgery with all the shouting in the wake of Loche falling through a trap door.

Also... regarding light sources:
Roan brought a torch into the Pyramid.
Biblo would have used his candle to read the hieroglyphs.
I'll say Loche lit his lantern* to use while inspecting the bronze doors. (*see, this guy left savagery behind a long time ago! )
The lantern went down the trapdoor with him.

Did anyone else get a light going, maybe during the feast?

As the shouting abates, Arthfael the druid recognizes the roaring purr echoing up from the trapdoor shaft. It is the song of insects. Many insects.

I had an awesome idea for using Summon Insects to summon those particular insects. But then I realized it's a 3rd level spell. Oh well.

Inferno, would it be possible to shimmy down the rope and hurl a flask of oil into the far side of the room (furthest away from Roan and Loche)...?

Garrin doesn't know this, but the rope doesn't extend all the way to the bottom, so no.
But someone can ride the rope to its end and jump the rest of the way (1 round)
and then throw a molotov cocktail (another round).

Arthfael, still holding the rope and the only one up top (I think), looks for something heavy to tie the rope to so he can climb down after the others.

There is plenty of rubble from the fallen statue to use, as well as the giant scorpion carcass.
Fyi, Arthfael, Biblo and Mako are up top, holding the rope, as per this:
