Re: Chapter 13: A Fate of Unlife?!
As the others act Victor calls out to the cleric and fellow illusionist, "You can call it the Flaming Chicken! The name has a funny story behind it, it's also the reason why I can't, legally, enter a large town to the west anymore!"
Life is a roller coaster, if you don't stop to enjoy it then you may as well not even ride.

Borum
Borum perks up at Victors suggestion;
" I right like the sounds of that. 'The Flaming Chicken Pub featuring the notorious Jareth Sands has a certain ring to it!'
Jareth
Jareth scowls and scans the immediate area making sure nothing is sneaking up on them.

Re: Chapter 13: A Fate of Unlife?!
Maya comes to the front, spouting curses at the magics failing to help even the odds. Bringing her sword down upon the nearest enemy...
Longsword: [1d20] = 9 Damage: S/M[1d8+1] = 2+1 = 3, L[1d12+1] = 10+1 = 11
----------
Victor will keep some distance but have his torch at the ready and sword drawn in his free hand. Providing light for the others to see.

Re: Chapter 13: A Fate of Unlife?!
If there is a clear ranged attack on any of the current enemies Mort and Kormak will take advantage of that and fire at them from the retreated position if not then they remain where they are.

Dungeon Master:
Only Luna's attack did any damage & he did it to the Gus Niminus Zombie, whom is still up.
Mort & Kormak could try at at -4 To Hit with their ranged weapons.

in that case they will not attack. Seeing as their HP is so low.

Wolfram looks around for Borum "O undead-turner, where art thou!"
Re: Chapter 13: A Fate of Unlife?!
Borum / Dwarven Cleric
Borum takes a quick glance at Jareth and rushes over to Wolfram.
" This man calls and this Dwarven earth Cleric answers! How can Borum aid thee ?"

Jareth Sands half-elf : Illusionist/Thief/ Entertainer
Jareth quickly realizes that he is at the back of the party and does like his odds at playing rear guard. So Jareth moves forward with his dwarven friend and readies the necessary components for his ARMOR spell again. Being carful to watch out for enemies as he goes.
" It would be better if I joined you my short friend! "

Re: Chapter 13: A Fate of Unlife?!
Wolfram to Borum:"See those zombies ? Turn them!"
(as some of the zombies are former fellow adventurers, Wolfram would rather have the zombies turned clerically than hurt them. Wolfram hopes there might be a cure against zombie-ism in the future - a slim chance but it would be a shame to eliminate Gus & co if they could be saved.)

Borum
Borum positions himself between the party and the zombies and attempts to turn the zombies. Holding forth his holy symbol he prays to turn zombies.

Luna, impressed by Borum's holy wave, gazes in amazement after the fleeing zombies: "Well I never. A stitch in time is another man's poison."
Lutha puzzled, to Luna:"Uh, did you know those undeadheads?"
Wolfram keeps his pin-sharp intelligent eyes peeled for more potential disturbances.

Maya watches the zombies flee, nodding respectfully at the dwarven cleric, "Good job there Borum, I see it was not a mistake in bringing you along." Turning to the rest of the group, "Let us proceed, they won't stay turned forever."
She will lead the front of the group as vanguard.
Victor will stay where he is in the middle with torch in hand.

Mort "Unless any healing can be used on myself and Kormak the two of us are going to need a place to rest or head back to the keep."
Kormak still helping Mort to stand nods his head in agreement "Hate to say it but my tough hide is in a bad place right now."

Dungeon Master:
Some healing was already done at the entrance trying to get back in, if any CLW's are left, Heal them up!
As some of the party move forward they will see the bodies of 2 Hobgoblins on the floor with weapons scattered.
