Password troubles

Hey, i'm having trouble with my password. I got the activation email ok, but I can't change my password for some reason. Do I need the admin to change it?

To change your password, follow these instructions:
  • From ANY page, click 'User Control Panel' in the upper right.
  • Then click 'Profile' in the links on the left.
  • Then click 'Edit account settings'.
  • Enter your new password twice, then your current password, and click 'Submit'.
