This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.
Re: Hello From Learjet22
Thanks for your hospitality rredmond. That's a good sign.

Not sure what games, if any, have openings in them right now, but kep your eyes peeled. New games start up and openings become available all the time.

Thanks Dogma!
I dunno about joining games now, but I'm attempting to start one. Do I just post in the play-by-play part of the forums, or do I wait for interest to spark in the Searching for Games forum like I already did? I'm not sure how this works.Alethan wrote:Welcome to the Unseen Servant! We're glad to have you!learjet22 wrote:Hey Unseen Servant, learjet22 here and hoping to play some D&D.

Re: Hello From Learjet22
After you get enough folks interested in your game (your post was perfect) you ask our illustrious admin ToniXX to set you up a forum. Then you are off and running!
Essentially you are the Moderator of that forum. You can set it up how you like and give players access to post there. Usually folks get their minimum number of players and then ask for the forum to be set up. You can add more players as they respond to your Looking for Players thread.

Pshh. Some Mods are more Lawful and some are more Chaotic,
but we are all here to help. Youll find other members very helpful with questions too!

Re: Hello From Learjet22
Also, some are organized and write it all up so you can just link to it and they have what they need without you having to say anything more than, "Also, this."

Re: Hello From Learjet22
Well I'm personally more chaotic, and thanks for the link to that. And I added a little bit more detail on my post like it said to in that guide, so I think I'm good to go.

Chaotic characters are more fun. And hello dmw71, I guess DM in my case, but I would gladly play as well.

Re: Hello From Learjet22
By nature of being a mod, you have to be Lawful. It's a class requirement.
Re: Hello From Learjet22
Yes, well... There is "Lawful Mod" and there is "Lawful OCD Mod". There can only be one of each and rredmond picked "Lawful Mod" first, so...learjet22 wrote:By nature of being a mod, you have to be Lawful. It's a class requirement.

You have to have a minimum score of 13 Charisma to be a mod, but your Dexterity can't be above 14.
