of course! using the rifle butt.

Alright, just checking ;) There is a whole alignment system going on right now in the form of repute, and as a super, there is always multiple ways of going about certain tasks, some more publically favored than others.

Steve collects the disc from the wall nearby and uses his gun again to teleport himself back to the control panel area, latching onto a pillar underneath the catwalk. You can hear the sounds of activity near the front entrance, just dying down, accompanied by a sudden chill in the air. Looking to the ground next to you, you see the man that fled the office, frozen in an icy prison, stuck to the ground in mid-run. You get the feeling that you and Scamp are no longer alone...

Raven teleports to the ground behind the hiding guard, catching him by surprise even though he just got done getting missed by a bunch of fired rounds. With a swift hit in the back of the head with the butt of a rifle, the guard slumps to the ground knocked out. The area near the entrance is silent now. Scamp no longer detects any hostile thoughts nearby.

End of round 4
Battle Results: The guards near the front entrance, and those who arrived to stop the supers, were quickly defeated. Two guards are now knocked out, one is frozen, the other can no longer feel his legs and is frozen as well, and the last one that was encountered has yet to return, after fleeing in fear. Steve successfully returns from the office with information and a possible lead on the whereabouts of the black market.

Steve Sanderson [Flicker]:

Steve communicates with Scamp, wondering if there are any more guards around & if it is safe to teleport down to near where he is.

The entrance to the chemical plant/factory is cleared for the moment. The supers remain victorious and all nearby guards are either neutralized or taken care of. Everyone is in the process of regrouping and figuring out what to do next, who they just bumped into, and what it is they exactly got into. The area appears to be safe as well, mentally speaking.

Raven is standing with the rest of them, dragging an unconscious guard... I was kind of waiting for everyone else...

Raven looks around the group, wondering why they are apparently acting like statues... He decides to search the place, finding any doors or hallways that connect to the main area... still dragging the guard, who he has named chuck.

I was leaving this situation open as an oppurtunity for you guys to meet each other as a group, get to know the new faces and know who you would be potentially working with, all that good stuff... *shrugs as he holds the back of his head* guess you guys lost too much interest to care to even do that?

Admittedly, it has been hard to keep up ever since Tooley decided to take this Sabbatical, and I understand that it can be hard at times to manage two characters at once. Perhaps everyone considered the first meeting among supers to be waste of time, and that I should have just moved the group forward, forced the introductions and all that?

I would disagree on it being a waste of time, introductions and first impressions are normally what any character is meant to use when dealing with another person or character. this is DnD and it shouldn't be treated as such, we are independent supers with our own agendas with a possible common goal. I was honestly waiting for one of the characters to comment or introduce themselves, maybe even ask why Raven was dragging a person around.

Raven is not the one that will initiate a conversation so I had him do the next best thing, explore.

I will give the others another day to respond, tomorrow evening to be exact. If no one pops in I will play as permafrost to try and get things moving forward again, send pms and check to see how I can change the campaign to fit this level of activity...

S.C.A.M.P. wags his tail at the others in a friendly manner and sniffs their hands if any are are offered. Picking up Steve's thoughts about the map, the robo-dog moves to the area in the northwest corner where the map was circled. There, he tries to sniff out anything unusual.

Scamp gives Steve the mental message of 'all clear!' The supers regroup near the front entrance to figure out what exactly just happened. Raven, dragging a body towards the others, remains quiet and looks around.

"So now you are dragging around bodies huh? I never thought you would turn out to be such a strange guy. You lost your memories I know, but you can act a little human too... for our sake at least." Permafrost then turns to the group and speaks to Steve and Scamp the dog. "Was that your voice I heard earlier?" She asks Scamp as she kneels down and extends a hand.

Aether chimes in as well, asking Steve what is going on here. "This place was supposed to be abandoned! Why were the guards running around when we came in? Did the robbery already take place, and more importantly.... DID THAT DOG SERIOUSLY JUST TALK?!?"

S.C.A.M.P. grins a doggy grin then jumps up and licks Permafrost on the face.

Of course the dog didn't talk, he telepathically sends to the others. I lack the oral anatomical structures necessary for traditional speech beyond a very limited vocabulary.

"Woof!" he adds aloud.

Steve Sanderson [Flicker]:

Steve teleports down near the front of the group.

"Hello Folks!, my name is Flicker."

"I was sent here & looking for a highly advanced storage crate, built by Poseidon Electronics. Supposedly containing some radioactive Galactic Gloop."

"Radioactive Galactic Goop?" Permafrost repeats in a confused tone. "Do you think that it's..." she looks towards Raven as she says this, "that green stuff, the goop we found in the mountian complex?" Permafrost rubs the sides of Scamp's face and pets his head, giving lots of attention to the dog as she speaks.

Aether listens with great interest as he grows more excited hearing the conversation take shape. "You guy's are talking about that alien substance right, what did they call it... Ichnorite? The Professor will be psyched if I found him some of that stuff! But oh, wait.... wasn't there a robbery taking place? I was given strict instructions in finding out what was happening here."

"Don't forget that we are also looking for those missing persons...." Permafrost then looks towards Steve and Scamp as she slowly starts to make a connection. "Were you guys the people we were looking for? There was a scientist lady out there who was desperately looking for you, said you have been gone for more than a day."

This bit of news about being gone for more than a day is very new to Scamp and Steve. They were only here for a few hours, Scamp was keeping track with this internal computers.

"Oh, um, sorry! Forgot to introduce our group. I'm Permafrost, this is Raven," she points to the guy in the trenchcoat carrying a rocket launcher and an assault rifle, "and this here is Aether I think?"

I'm not missing, thinks S.C.A.M.P. to the others. I'm where I'm supposed to be, trying to fetch the substance. Thinking of which: where is it?

The robo-dog continues sniffing around the area circled on the map.

Scamp's efforts in heading towards the circled location is blocked by hostile thoughts. He can tell that there are guards near the north eastern corner of the plant, all gathered it would seem. They know that it is the only path they need to guard. He cannot determine how many though, only that they are armed and on the edge.
