Hi Blue. To clarify, they don't burn:

Breathing the thick incense on the stagnant air, Grigor ties a rag around his jaw. He notices a dark brazier in each corner.

Here, dark means unlit. Sorry for the confusion.

Ok. But the incense is not stale, still smelling fresh rather than fetid so that might get the same inquisitive response.

Cruloc missed all the action as he was behind the curtain.
Were any of the fallen wearing a mask of some sort? He'll scan the bodies to determine if any of them had taken this precaution.
Do any of we who remain have a grappling hook?
Would holding one's breath for short periods of time, dashing in, pulling a fallen member toward the exit, moving out again, taking a breath, going back in again, et cetera involve a saving throw?
How many braziers are burning, where are they located, and how easy would it be to knock them over or cover with a blanket? How tall are they?
