Sarin to Felix "Let us sell the weapons we don't need that we took from the cultist lair, Felix and maybe we can get you better armor than the temple can offer. I can chip in if need be."

I have a few gold squirrelled away and with my studded leather trade in maybe I can find some Chainmail to wear. I was hoping to find some place to purchase a Detect Magic spell before selling these weapons. Selling a magic short sword for cheap is a bad practice. But yes let's get rid of the 10 short swords and 10 daggers and split the gold from it. I will find some better armor and we can see what this little cult has for us.

Sarin "You know I might consider getting Studded Leather to swap with my regular leather, I just prefer to not wear the heavier stuff so it doesn't hinder my slight of hand as it were."

I'll pass then. Was merely trying to find a way to be a harder to hit target.

Felix slides up to the counter.
I got a few thongs for you. These 10 short swords and these 10 daggers. Never drawn and only dropped once. We are looking for gold and i know what these are worth so dont try to short us. You will get most of it back so do us right.

How about 52 that way we can divide it evenly. I will be buying Chainmail too so keep that in mind.

Sarin stops by the same shop he got the weapon black at before and pay to have his weapons and armor blackened up again. "Yup same as last time. Unless you have some already black leather armor that I wont have to keep doing this to."

Sarin "I find that would be well worth the price, might I be able to trade mine to help with the cost for the black leather armor? I'll still get my blades blackened with weapon black though, so over all what would the cost run me?"

Sarin "Thank you. Yes it did see battle you make a fair point. I see this as a fair trade." I'll deduct the 21 gp and adjust the leather to say "black"

Persuasion [1d100] = 16
Tell ya what. Square that away and let me see what you have for a good Long Sword and a Suit of Blackened Chainmail.

Ok 50 gold it is. Let me see what you have in a Good Long Sword and a Suit of Blackened Chainmail.
Felix turns and hands each of his fellow party members 20 gold each, pocketing 10 for himself.

you can get a normal long sword for 15 gold or a high quality long sword for 25 (the sword gets +1 to save on weapon saves)
