Re: Chapter 2: The adventure continues...
Reggie coughs then clears his throat "Master dwarf the potions prices vary depending upon which you are interested in." then he looks to Talrand "I know without looking at my index that I do have a couple scrolls of mending as they come in handy even in a town. Jump I might have one of those however push I don't believe I have any of but I could work on making one but it'd take me the night to do it."

Talrand
turns back from the exotic newcomer to Reggie and continues: "I see, good. Now, being a newcomer to these parts I must first trouble you to explain the pricing policy of this venerable establishment. Or, to put it curtly: how much does a Jump scroll actually cost ? And a Mending, respectively ?"

Re: Chapter 2: The adventure continues...
Reggie explains "Well the more basic the spell and the shorter time it takes me to create said scroll the cheaper the cost. Something like mend would cost 25 gold if you wish to have it contain more than one charge of the spell it would cost more but any of the more simple spells that any starting mage can cast would run the same price 25 gold per charge on the scroll."

decides on the spot: "Splendid! I'll have a 1-charge scroll of Mending, and a twin-charge Jump scroll, please", and places 75 gp in fussily ritualistic small piles neatly lined up on the counter, one with 40 coins, one with 20, one with 10 and one with 5 gp aligned from high to low, left to right in a straight line. And smiles with proud satisfaction, holding out his hand ready to receive the scrolls.

Arim glances at Talrand's empty hand. At Talrand: "Scrolls imbued with power for purchase? These are strange lands indeed. Are you a scholar Sir....?"

Reggie smiles takes the payment and heads to his back room. "Don't go I'll be right back with your scrolls Master Talrand." he is gone for what feels like a long time but really only 10 minutes passes then he returns with the two scrolls as asked. Handing them over he says "Here you go and thank you for shopping at Reggies Arcane Affinity."Nordbo wrote:Talrand

Weston waits for Reggie to return
"Sorry to bother you again, Master Reggie, but I was also interested in scrolls. I was wondering of you might have anything like Comprehend Languages, Hold Portal, Enlarge or even Knock or Levitate?"

Reggie to Weston "Quite alright, Master Weston. Yes knock and comprehend languages I have some of those no much need for levitation by most common folk though. I may have one hold portal in the back. Same price as your friend Talrand there. Knock will cost a bit more however 25 gold pieces for the comprehend languages and hold portal knock'll run you 50 gold pieces." he waits for confirmation before seeking out the scrolls.shaidar wrote:Weston waits for Reggie to return

Reggie "Very well I'll be back in a moment." he walks back into the back room you hear sifting through scrolls sounds like lots of papers being rifled through. Eventually he comes back out with scrolls in his arms. "I only had one knock back there, but i did manage to find a hold portal and two comprehend languages I hope that is quite alright master Weston." he says setting the scrolls down on the counter.shaidar wrote:Weston

Urtesi rests at the Hungry Halfling after returning from the market. If any party members stop by who are wounded, he will offer his healing services which he would be able to perform on the next day.
It's still the same day right? As per house rules, everyone will heal 2 hp per night. I can see Xlore and Elanriel are currently wounded, the rest seem either maxed or will be by next day. Finally, I'll deduct my share for identification already, thanks shaidar. I think we can assume it will come up eventually (Urtesi wasn't at Reggies).

"I am something you might call a wizard of sorts as well. Only I channel my energies through the blade of my sword. In the monastery, access to parchment of the kind you are currently purchasing was firmly restricted. My errand is battling evil and by doing so, enhancing my techniques of power. If you allow it, I wolud like to accompany your group on your next adventure. Sir." He performs a quick bow.Nordbo wrote:Talrand

thanks Reggie profusely for the good trade, carefully stowing away the scrolls while nodding non-committingly to the anonymous swordsman, then confers with Weston, again in Gnomish : "Ga-taa nin, nga-dä ba la nga deu chu ?"

Elanriel
ooc: Apologies, things have moved on quite a bit since I last responded and I've got behind.
Earlier, in response to Dalmarek's query "Ya lookin fer anything lass?"
"I don't really know, Mathter Dwarf thir. I gueth… Could you maybe make me thome armour too? If you're not too busy I mean. I have 500 gold."
ooc: Then later, sitting with Delsenora at the Inn:
Elanriel fusses a bit more over Delsenora's injuries. "Are you thure you're okay? You look pale. Thhouldn't you be rethting and regaining your thtrength? Maybe I thhould check your wound again."
I imagine their conversation turning towards their pasts, Delsenora's faith, magic, worship of Eilistraee and what lies ahead of them. Elanriel would probably tentatively feel out whether Delsenora has any sense similar to her, that there is something more at play here. Something drawing and binding their fates together for some greater end. Ultimately though, Elanriel is a slightly awkward talker. She's become far more relaxed with her awkwardness around Delsenora but still Delsenora probably has a lot more control over what direction if any their discussion takes.

Delsenora
"I am fine. I have had injuries before. This evening why don't you accompany me for my evening prayer? I will ask Eilsitraee for healing while I dance, sing, play my flute for her
in a nearby field, under the stars. Yes, it does hurt, but I prefer helping everyone else, then myself. If you feel like looking at my wounds again, then by all means, do it. I have some
knowldge of healing without magic. Together maybe we can help myself. Sound good?""
OOC : Delsenora has never had a friend before. Elanriel would be her first and for some reason she finds herself very at ease with the elf lass. I don't know if
that is fate but it could be. Delsenora is full of confidence and has a good outlook on life and will try to show Elanriel a better outlook on life in general. She is quite happy to have made her
acquaintance btw.
