Victor will happily search the bodies alongside Mort.

Once both jobs are done Maya will look around where they are, grabbing victors torch.

As various party members look to tamp out the flames, others looking for valuables on the hobgoblins, finding coin pouches with various gold, silver & copper pieces.

Wexley, after ensuring no smoke or flame hazards are about, nocks an arrow and peaks around the corner using his Elven Eyes.

Borum continues to watch the opposite way ensuring nothing sneaks up behind them with his Dwarven eyes... taking a moment he calls to the others over his shoulder Anyone seriously hurt?

Mort pats himself "Ouch yeah I could use some healing energy." down to 1/5 hp unless my sheet is wrong ... 3/5 hp according to dm

Kormak looks himself over as best he can "I'm good oh wait that is a bolt sticking out of me." 5/10 hp according to DM

Borum looks back to see how bad Mort is and a slight panic crosses his face as he moves in and says a quick prayer over him.
Amount of HP restored [1d8] = 4

Once done, he looks to the others... "Anyone have any bandages, clean rags or some good spirits? I need more rest."

Wexley keeps peaking around the corner trying to spot anything.

Maya waits for the others elven eyes to pick out if any enemies are present, if none then she will have everyone form up ranks again and continue on down the passage, her shield raised.

Victor remains in the middle of the group, torch providing light.

Mort after borum heals his wounds "Thank you greatly Borum. I didn't realize how badly inured I was."

Ewat, arrow nocked, prepares to follow Wexley of the elf begins to forward.

Idonea checks on Kormak. "Oh, you big baby, did you get a splinter?"

Wolfram stiffens with subliminated jealousy and gives Kormak a mean look, then frustrated scratches the floor with the tip of Tenebaum's mace <grind><screech><krrpmph>

Idonea laughs at Kormak's reply. "And catch whatever infection's been rotting your brain out, all these years? Thank you, but no."

Kormak smiles and chuckles "Calm yourself Wolfram it was but a mere joke. Idonea and I have been mercs together for a long time."

Idonea rolls her eyes. "All that grinding can't be over me. After all, the boy and I are cou—uh, completely ill-suited. I must be twice his age. I'm pretty sure I shave more often than he does."

Victor cackles, "Wolfy! And here I thought your heart was set upon Maya, or was it that strange woman back at the keep? Hahaha! He looks over at Kormak, a grin plastered on his face, "I am glad Idonea spoke up about your malady, I was beginning to worry for your brain." He cackles again, using the arm not holding his torch to hold his sides as he tries to breath properly.

Maya does not join the conversation, intent on working with the group members that are actually being productive.

Ok, was the party braces themselves for whatever is to come next, Wexley, has the torch bearers back off a bit so he can see around the corner.

He notes various human-like figures along the immediate north wall with arms up apparently in chains. He also spots at least a couple big Hobgoblins shielding themselves behind various implements of torture. Wexley can see far enough back that he sees an eastern wall.
