So sequentially what would be the follow on adventure after the Inheritance campaign?

It will likely be "Dungeon Crawl Classics 24: Legend of the Ripper" Levels 1-3 Combined with "Dragonsfoot 30: A Village with No Name" levels 1-3.

That would then Lead into "C3: Lost Island of Castanamir" Levels 1-4

Beyond that it is likely in the order listed:

Scourge of the Howling Horde (WotC) Level 1 (May beef this up a bit)
The Shattered Gates of Slaughtergarde (WotC) (Level 1-3)
4A: A Forgotten Evil (Mischief Inc) Levels 1-3
There may be some other module here (Levels 2-4); Such as B10: Night's Dark Terror (TSR)
0B: Burrow of the Orc King (Mischief Inc) Levels 2-4
There may be some other module here (Levels (3-6); Such as X1: Isle of the Dread (TSR Levels 3-7)
0A: Tomb of Rakoss the Undying (Mischief Inc) Levels 4-6
Liberation of the Demon Slayer Levels 4-8 (Kort'thalis Publishing)
