You are correct. Thanks for the reminder.Zhym wrote:Just a reminder—Kurot doesn’t know how much damage he takes. I think you’ve hidden his damage amounts before.

Kurot has a -2 attack modifier strapped in at the forward position. It would take 4 luck to hit.Zhym wrote:Kurot fires, aims, and fires again.
Initiative: [1d20] = 15
Rifle (Aimed shot, short/medium range): [1d24+2] = 11+2 = 13 (+2 if short range) [2d12] = 24
Rifle (Aimed shot, short/medium range): [1d24+2] = 6+2 = 8 (+2 if short range) [2d12] = 14
Will that first shot hit if I spend 2 luck points?
Yes, -2 attack modifier.Yrkoon wrote:Farmanus
Farmanus switches to the longsword The Nice Man lent him. His long years of military training have taken over, releasing him from apprehension and fear. The human times his next attack well, slicing at one of the thrashing appendages of the abomination!
Initiative [1d20+3] = 4+3 = 7
Attack w/longsword [1d20+5] = 12+5 = 17
Longsword damage [1d8+3] = 3+3 = 6
Farmanus is -2 to hit I believe because of the way he is lashed to the trawler. 15?
I changed spears to 1d8. I'll update the weapons list.Yrkoon wrote:Thanks, Shaidar!
I've been mistakenly applying a d8 to my spear damage this whole time, when in fact it ought to be a d6.
It'd take a month to get that back, and he may need it to avoid bad things from happening later. I'm going to gamble that we'll take the insectillian down without Kurot's 24 points of damage and not apply any luck points.Norjax wrote:Kurot has a -2 attack modifier strapped in at the forward position. Sure! No trouble at all.Can MacMak take one as a souvenir? If so, did that get us in trouble, payment wise?)
Due to the positions on the trawler, there was only a 20% chance of recovering spent shell and bolts/arrows. (Bruce's revolver is an exception)Zhym wrote:Did Kurot recover any of his rifle shells? Also, I assume he had time to do another self-repair?
Sure.Zhym wrote:We're back in town now, though, right? So instead of rolling to see how many HP Kurot repairs, I should just roll to see what it cost to repair the remaining 3 HP?
Please do.And I should also roll [5d5s5] to see how many (if any) shells Kurot recovers?
