I've been mistakenly applying a d8 to my spear damage this whole time, when in fact it ought to be a d6.

Farmanus switches to the longsword The Nice Man lent him. His long years of military training have taken over, releasing him from apprehension and fear. The human times his next attack well, slicing at one of the thrashing appendages of the abomination!

Initiative [1d20+3] = 4+3 = 7
Attack w/longsword [1d20+5] = 12+5 = 17
Longsword damage [1d8+3] = 3+3 = 6

It'd take a month to get that back, and he may need it to avoid bad things from happening later. I'm going to gamble that we'll take the insectillian down without Kurot's 24 points of damage and not apply any luck points.

Due to the positions on the trawler, there was only a 20% chance of recovering spent shell and bolts/arrows. (Bruce's revolver is an exception)

Kurot did have time for his second self-repair for the day.

how do i roll for separate values? like, if i put 3d6, the computer will show the total, not like 3+1+6
