Brevos and Pyotr, don't forget to Save vs Spells please. Thanks.

And wolfpack, what is Brevos' priority, please? Trying to build more shelters or a fire? Thanks.

Hey! I had a momentary mind-blank on how saving throws worked. High rolls are good, aren't they?

Didn't the Brownies in Willow answer to the Fairy Queen?
Image
Sorry... got a little tangential there. Keep the fairy fire for the inevitable yeti/snow wolf/other-snow-creature-we-will-be-unprepared-for attack in the middle of the night. I expect it around the 8th saving throw we'll have to make!
This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.
Alethan: I'm good with NOT pressing our luck this time.
mjulius: That's how I know I'm home.
Pulpatoon: The whole point of PbP is to take the scheduling pressure off the game. We're just chatty because we're so eager!
Scott308: ...everyone should be reminded of just how wonderful the people they play games with here can be in real life.
Leitz: Quality and quantity wise, I think US is the best I've seen.
Paladin: I can promise terror, glory, and riches...or a quick and brutal death.
Inferno: Come on! That's was Vicar's Head, a completely different doomed village!
Rex: I can move to the wait list to let someone else into the game.

Yup, roll your save or higher is how it normally works. Similar to the to hit chart. :)

Oh boy. This is where my crappy HP rolls come into play. I have the HPs of our second level MU!

Yeah my HP roll sucked to, but a good con and being a 1E ranger helped out big time.

I'm so used to basic D&D... Should a third level fighter get 2 attacks/round?
No. :)

Did anyone else follow Brevos' advice to remove their iron armor to survive the night? :)

Yes, Pyotr would have shed his heavy, ice-crusted chainmail. It may well have frozen into a lump overnight.

Ingrid wasn't really in any condition to remove her splinted mail, so unless someone would have removed it for her, she's still wearing it.
On November 2nd I will be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.
