When you need Elusev's next attack Pyro...

Two handed Sword, To Hit:[1d20] = 10, Damage: S/M[1d10+1] = 6+1 = 7, L[3d6+1] = 12+1 = 13

better but still iffy... could hit or miss. If it's a miss I think Arn has stumbled onto a nest of Ninja Rats.

Oh, and what happened to Hemlocks and The Doctor?
How many times must a man look up
Before he can see the sky?
Yes, ’n’ how many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry?
Yes, ’n’ how many deaths will it take till he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer, my friend, is blowin’ in the wind
The answer is blowin’ in the wind

The priestess tries to suppress a smile as she turns to the bard with the self inflicted wound. "Take a seat and let me see what I can do for your injury. I presume this will not make it into a future tale."

"Hummm...these foot wounds are tricky."

"I was under the impression I fell by tripping over a rock and hitting my shoulder instead." Procyon mumbled sullenly as he thanked the Cleric. "It seems that none of you believe me."

Assuming Teladrin's arrows took care of the remaining rats (if not, ignore):

Arn sheepishly tries his best to look cool, and not like a couple of mangy rats had just gotten the better of him. 'Ah, well—I say, good shot, Teladrin lad! We certainly taught those vermin to respect their elders, didn't we? Eh…'

He uses his sword to carefully prod the dead figure, searching for clues of its identity and the presence of any possessions.

Dungeon Master:

While Elusev's attack missed hitting either rat, Teladrin's arrows finish the 2 other Dire Rats off.

Arn turns back to look again under the bridge & calls out to the party that he glimpsed something is huddled under the bridge in a tattered cloak & weathered leather armor.

He proceeds closer to the huddled mass & calls out to it, "Hello, are you all right, are you hurt?"

he then gets under & close enough to realize that he was talking to a skeleton, of someone whom died a long while ago.

He can tell it was a male, & a casual search of the remains reveal:

a rotted pouch with 110 SP & 48 GP
a dirty potion-like bottle
On a skeletal ring finger of the right hand is black ring with a design that looks like swirling stars. A Picture of the ring is below:

Go for it from me - do you want to see if you can try it first? Not sure how Pyro runs potion testing.

Elusev sheaths his sword, shaking his head in bewilderment at the agility of these rats. He will help Arn grab anything of worth from the skeleton and rejoin the group, he looks over to the Cooshee, speaking in Elven,

Elven:
"Do you have a master? Where is a half-elf? Can you track her?"

Arn

'I have no use for these items. Here,' he hands the ring to Elusev and the bottle and pouch of coins to Procyon, keeping 5g for himself so that he can tithe it to his order.

pocketing the ring with a questioning look towards it, he will have to get someone to look at it later, He then continues to call out to the Cooshee

Procyon gives a short glance at the bottle before uncorking it and sniffing the substance. Carefully he takes a sip.

Just a sip, mind you.

Dungeon Master:

You notice a wee bit of a sense of being refreshed upon taking a sip of the unknown liquid!
