Having said that, I didnt realize that Mouser has elven boots. If Urdur makes him invisible, and he's already inaudible, he at least should be safe. Maybe we give him one hour to get the secret stash/scroll and meet the rest of us at the outskirts??

I'm just sayin'.
I don't know how to tally that vote. ;)

Me neither. :-P

My point is that it's not the craziest idea in the world to let Mouser go off alone if no one can see or hear him. Maybe he can scoop up the items we missed on our last trip and make it back quickly.

Or maybe he sets off a trap and dies. I dunno.

Okay. Maybe this is where we are?
  • Send Mouser alone into Vicar's Head while the party waits outside it, maybe causing a distraction: Bo, Mouser, Jerome, Urdur

Avoid Vicar's Head: Brevos, Rudolf, Telkis, Ingrid
Well, it's a tie now.
I'll leave the polls open a little longer to see if anyone else changes their vote, or corrects my interpretation of their vote. :)
Thanks for your patience everyone.

I've posted IC. Ingrid was always in favor of going, but when it appeared she did not have support, she was willing to go along with the will of the others.
On November 2nd I will be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.

Welcome back to Vicar's Head.

I'll need a marching order, please. Remember that Urdur and Rudolf are currently invisible, and Mouser might soon be.

Also, light sources, if any, please.

Thanks.

At this point it might be good to have Rudolph (and Mouser?) scout up ahead. Unless we think the ranger is best up front.
Also note that Rudolph won't engage anything without him seeing a broad back while up front. Barring ambush he'll come right back to the party. :D

Best that he keeps those thoughts to himself.

Rudolph will trail him a bit to the right. Does sword light muss up infravision? It probably won't matter here, what with undead an all, but Rudolph will be to the right far enough, again not to get trod upon, but also to perhaps use his infravision a bit.

Yes.

And where would Rudolf be in a ten foot wide lane, please?

So far it sounds like Telkis and Brevos are the front row, with Jerome close behind them.

As you note, it's tough to have invisible folk marching within the ranks. Especially gnomes and hobbits.

Shoot, won't be helpful in the back and definitely don't want to be in the middle.
Okay how about 20 or 30' ahead of the ranger and gnome, just ahead of whatever the sword light radius is... that shouldn't put me in too much trouble ;)
