Re: OOC Chat II
On November 2nd I will be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.

I could not stop laughing at this.Keehnelf wrote:You spoiled the public-execution part of the Harrowing thread! Good jobNobody had closely inspected the effigies to discover that one was actually tall gangly teenager sized and hollow with manacles woven into the straw yet...
And just so it's not all jabs at OGRE MAGE's expense, I must admit that Jem is probably the nicest person in all of Vaul, and not just because he had to put up with Wendall growing up. He actually seems like a really good guy.
Re: OOC Chat II
Agreed--he's doing good work all behind the scenes and actually taking time few of the others can spare where the folk in the community are concerned.

Protecting your smartassed ugly little brother all your life takes lots of patience and understanding.
I'm still trying to figure out a cool way for them to be reunited at the festival but I can't come up with anything I find funny enough.

Re: OOC Chat II
It would be funny if they repeatedly walked past one another and didn't recognize each other because Jem's so travel-beaten and Wendall is so fancy looking

Re: OOC Chat II
That almost happened once already, I do like the suggestion though. If there were only a way for one of them to get "announced" to the other somehow.

Re: OOC Chat II
I'll see what I can do. I only hope it doesn't seem too contrived...

Careful, men! They may attack us with animated GIFs!Keehnelf wrote:They could all initiate memes this round if they so chose, though the how wielder is slightly more distant than the others.

I don't know, man. Heavily armed and armored goblins on dire wolves are one thing, but memes would probably scare the crap out of Lug.
Re: OOC Chat II
Not the least because "memes" is just one more misspelling away from "mimes."
