Part 3: Welcome to Tragidore!
Re: Part 3: Welcome to Tragidore!
I'll volunteer as bait. My lack of spells or the like might make it safest if I do fall under their spell. says Eirik.

Perking up at the idea of being Invisible; Lubidious tries not to sound too excited by responding; "YES!....I mean; yeah; I'm good with being Invisible".

Theodore to Thifli:
"I say it's either you or me, Thifli as the bait."
"If it be you, i would be available for tracking if need be."
"Yes, let's definitely use Lubidious with the Invisibility!"

So having formulated a plan the group continues to plan and eat. Deciding what plans best to take and where and when to setup this trap. The group of heroes continues to plan and talk.

Well, I'm certainly able to Detect Evil and serve as bait. Besides, if not me, then who? Eirik asks, while downing another ale.
You know, for the team.

Re: Part 3: Welcome to Tragidore!
There are not a lot of mixed races here in the town. Mostly this town is humans. Same for Hanuman. The elves mostly up the road past Tragidore in their own elf town. The dwarves are also in a different town. Tragidore is the only town that has had these troubles in the area all the other towns are further away. Most of this trouble appears to be centered upon the forest north of Tragidore.

"I too have some arcane skill and the use of the Invisibilty spell. I would use it on myself and wait concealed in ambush either to strike or follow any captor - however we decide to proceed."
Gandrel thoughtfully chews his food, a far-away look in his eye.
"The question is do we allow the bait to be taken and follow to wheverever the trail leads or capture the attacker, hoping they will take us to their lair?"

Re: Part 3: Welcome to Tragidore!
ok if the party sees fit I'll cast the invisibility spell on lubidious and then I'll be in hiding with another group member to cast a magic missile at the best opportunity. Dune figures.
Re: Part 3: Welcome to Tragidore!
perhaps I could be near eirik in case there is some sort of conflict.

Once you all chime in and have a pan made and set in stone let me know so I can move this along to the next segment.

Ah, right...ok then. I guess I'll look for a suitable alleyway or the like to lurk in. Eirik looks longingly at the ale, his third, in front of him. Guess I don't need to be convincingly drunk then, do I?PyroArrow wrote:

Re: Part 3: Welcome to Tragidore!
Alanis looks up from the devoured carcass that was once bread and, after audibly swallowing, proclaims to the group in a joyous manner, "My skills are yours to do with! I shall bring the heavens down upon our foes!! Hahahaha!!!" Immediately afterwards his demeaner become more grim as he says in a hushed tone, "I like this plan... plenty of risk..." before putting a piece of cheese into his mouth. The group can hear mumbles of "devouring the souls of his cheesy victims"

"I believe Thifli should act as the bait for this endeavor. We will need Eirik under his own will for his ability to detect evil in the vicinity. Theodore, we will need you to track Thifli and this woman should we lose sight of them. Dune, Alanis, and myself will be needed for our spellcraft. And Lubidius is needed for his ability to quietly follow, specially with the use of an invisibility spell."

Re: Part 3: Welcome to Tragidore!
Lubidious nods along eagerly to the plan that makes him invisible and has him just trailing the bad guys. He also does his best to quietly move as far away from Alanis and his disturbing mid-meal comments as possible....
Re: Part 3: Welcome to Tragidore!
Eirik crams some my bread into his mouth before mumbling out sounds like we have a plan? Anything else we need to do before tonight? Swallowing his food continutes I for one would like to get a better feel for the spot we've chosen (maybe a map?) so we all know the terrain before nightfall.ybn1197 wrote:Neev - Human Cleric 32/32

Re: Part 3: Welcome to Tragidore!
You'll have to forgive me as the module provides no map of the towns. I'll have to wing it and come up with something.
