Fyi, in 1e, you may draw a weapon and use it in one round.
Even better, bows may fire two arrows per round. So, if you'd like to attack, you may do so twice. Feel free to alter your post if you like. Thanks.

The monsters won initiative. They closed with Ko-Nan before Tullia unlimbered her bow and got her shots off.

Like Fiefo, Ko-Nan didn't tie himself to a rope.
