She then becomes aware of Roscoe powering up vastly destructive radiation weapons for point blank use...
"No radioactive weapons," she sends to everyone over their link.
"It will play merry hell with peoples' means of living here."
Meanwhile, Prerna brings up her team comm channel.
"Recon Team, stand to and prepare to engage on my order."
"Note to self," Roscoe said to himself.
"Add non-radioactive weapons to the ship."
What's not to like about a chin turret with a "Metzed" GAU-8 Avenger feeding shells from a pocket dimension filled with 30mm???

Well, it's a ship, so its weapons need to be anti-ship. Vehicles are just things that go squish.
As for the radiation trait, here is how it works. It's not as devastating as it would seem at first glance.
THE RADIATION TRAIT
When a spacecraft weapon with the Radiation trait is fired, it inflicts 2D x 60 rads on everyone within 10 metres of the point of attack. It should be noted that radiation weapons have shielding and other safeguards that prevent them from affecting the gunners who fire the weapon and other crew in the vicinity. However, Travellers on the hull of the attacking ship do risk being affected if they are near the weapon when it fires.
It wouldn't affect anything away from the target vehicle as only 10 meters from point of impact. The sea beds and workers would be safe. The same holds true of the fusion weapons the drones and tank were using.
Now, fired from here on the flight deck, it would be a danger to the people present, so that would preclude using them. Still, if the ship lifted a mere ten meters up, no one would be at risk. Still possible, though likely unneeded.
And the annihilator is, well, overkill and would wreck everything within seven kilometers. That would wreck the Bartizan and the fishing area.

Here we go. This could be placed in a pocket universe to fire into a small teleportal who's matched pair is hidden behind a hidden panel at the nose of the ship. In fact, there could be two (one to either side of the annihilator for maximum effect.
Hypervelocity Cannon
The hypervelocity cannon is a large bore rail or gauss weapon typically mounted in emplacements or very large vehicles. Despite its range, it can be used against targets in low orbit if it can be elevated far enough. This extended range (up to 500 kilometres) is only useful in direct fire at airborne or orbital targets as this weapon cannot ‘lob’ its projectiles like a howitzer. The hypervelocity cannon may use the variant ammunition types found in the Specialised Ammunition section.
Weapon: Hypervelocity Cannon
TL: 13
Range(km): 500
Damage: 5DD
Tons: 20
Spaces: 80
Cost: MCr3
Power: F6
Traits: AP 50, Scope

If I went with HEAP ammo, it would do this:
High Explosive Armour Piercing (HEAP)
High explosive armour piercing rounds use shaped charge warheads or similar technologies to penetrate thick levels of armour before detonating inside the target. HEAP ammunition provides a weapon with an AP trait equal to double the number of damage dice it rolls, before the bonus dice is added for HEAP ammunition. Destructive weapons multiply this by 10; for instance, a 2DD weapon with HEAP ammunition would do 3DD damage and have an AP 40 trait.
So, 6DD (210 average damage) and the ammo would add an AP trait of AP 100 to the AP 50 already there for AP 150. Basically, most vehicle armor wouldn't even count. The range would drop to 375 km, but still. Man, this would chew up tanks like nobody's business.

Roscoe can add the pair of hidden hypervelocity cannons, 3 medium Plasma-pulse Cannon bays, and 1 medium Ion Cannon bay when he has time. That should be useful next time.
Weapon TL Range Power Damage Cost Traits
Ion Cannon Bay 12 Medium 30 8D MCr25 Ion
Plasma-pulse Cannon Bay 13 Medium 90 8D MCr30 Auto 8

William steps forward and imposes himself between Aster and the Provost. "I am William Larsson Imperial Prince Consort and this is my wife. Unhand her immediately as she has diplomatic immunity. Doctor Metz is a member of our embassy delegation and also has immunity. Stand down so that we can discuss this on a legal basis rather than physical insult."

Dzofin is about to reply to Doctor Metz when all hell breaks loose. He keeps his mouth shut and moves to stand in front of Doctor Metz. Fortunately Dzofin is wearing a flamboyant golden cape and a large brimmed hat with a tower of feathers that about double the size and add a meter to his height. "Stay behind me Grand Wizard. They will not defeat or threaten me. You are safe. And keep them from disintegrating my grav bike."

"I am William Larsson Imperial Prince Consort and this is my wife. Unhand her immediately as she has diplomatic immunity. Doctor Metz is a member of our embassy delegation and also has immunity. Stand down so that we can discuss this on a legal basis rather than physical insult."
Provost Maclean turns his free hand toward William and jabs a finger in his face
"You have no authority here, suka! A fact I will personally demonstrate to your wife!" Eager hands grab Aster (everywhere!

) and pull her (like Garvin) deeper into the Navy unit. Provost Philby shoves through the press to back up his comrade.
Meanwhile Provost Burgess, buoyed along by a surge of Planetary Navy troopers, confronts Frank and a nearby Skeet
"You UpSpire scum - self styled mercenary royalty! You need to realize that The Shore can not match the King of The Deep!"
With but a first person view William can't tell when or how the fight started. However he recalls Polly Iyhula's pale blue silk dress in his peripheral vision and her very vocal complaints about the injustice of the arrests. Then he sees Philby mouth a foul Avastan insult and shove her back by way of a clearance strike to give himself room to draw his sidearm. Polly seems to slide off the blow and, as the Provost clears leather, scribes an S shape in the air with her fan.
In later recollection William would say that it was when the high velocity arterial spray hit his face that he knew the fight was "on".
The SEMC Rangers providing immediate close protection read the situation and react. Immediately Gauaghan turns to his comrades with a terrible smile and calls
"Men of Connaught - the Devil's Own, here's work for men like us". He then unsheathes his falx and screams
"Faugh–a–Ballagh!" Outnumbered three to one the Rangers counter charge the Collace Navy.
If you wish to be involved in a melee make some close combat rolls
Note: pistols that don't go clean through people will work here in concert with melee weapons. If you select a plasma/fusion pistol see below.
If you wish to inflict casualties randomly on random people fire wildly into the melee!

Aster: When things go boom, she grabs her captor's thumb and twists it in ways it was never meant to go, both to free herself and hopefully break it.
Bianca holds fast to protect her husband. Metz is too shielded to act, and likely wouldn't as a noncombatant.
Bona doesn't wait for Walt to do something, she leaps into the fray with a whoop to go after the man holding William. She goes low, striking at his knees while a pair of flying daggers leap out of her belt and go after the man from on high.
Those would be flying static daggers made by Roscoe. Damage 2d+3 AP 6.

Ciencia, not being a fighter in spite of the armor she is wearing, will probe the guy that grabbed Aster but thought it was her. They're more than welcome to intervene but aboard the Lost and Found are surely safe (as per their intent) but therefore limited by space and time in how they can influence the melee.
Maybe declare what they intend to do and events will catch them up - or vice versa!

Ah OK So Jaelah's family are now touring the air traffic facilities (but definitiely safe) I somehow picked up that they were going aboard the Lost and Found. No matter as the family are away from the action either way.
I also thought Roscoe and Jaelah were aboard but I realize that this doesn't necessarily follow as Roscoe can be both aboard and not and both. Although I can't see a post stating where they are.
Their Int rolls (Intelligence not Initiative) were to realize that irradiating the Bartizan and Arcology ecosystem would be bad and were successful in avoiding that issue.
If they are off the ship then they can choose actions as being on the periphery of the confrontation with the Provosts.
If so then please declare actions as per the situation above.
