Re: Chpt. 3 Riddles & Clever Wizards
Those listening at the door hear silence behind it and notice the battle behind them is over. Those searching for secret doors or portals find nothing, then Corun opens the door, finding it unlocked. Beyond the door is a hall that splits into two passages as predicted by the two kobolds, Osh and Kosh. They, along with Trendt, Freddie, Rubesca and Sammy finally show up behind the party and join them. There is a door in the hall to the left and the hall to the right continues on into a room. Osh and Kosh say that the door to the left is a false door. When opened, it will only show nothing but a stone wall in the way. They say that they have tried knocking it down only to find more stone behind it. Corun and Dakara lead with their torches into the hallway to the right and go into that room where they find it is joined by yet another room of the same size and shape. They beckon the party to come in. Osh and Kosh open the door in the hallway to the left to reveal said stone wall. It has indeed been chipped away at, revealing only more stone behind it.
In the two joined rooms where Corun and Dakara wait, there is moss growing along the southern walls, completely covering them. There is a tapestry along the northern wall in the first room that depicts a scene of a man removing moss from some stone and then placing it within a bowl being held by a woman.

Biblo, arcanist
"This false door, there must be a reason for it," wonders Biblo aloud. He examines around the door frame, the floor before it and ceiling above (Search [1d6] = 2).
"Perhaps we should follow the suggestion of the tapestry with the moss and bowl," muses Biblo.
In an experimental mood, Biblo orders Kosh the kobold to scrape some moss off the wall and eat it.

Re: Chpt. 3 Riddles & Clever Wizards
Biblo thoroughly checks out the false door, not trusting Osh and Kosh. He sees the wall behind the door made of the same stone that makes up the cave floor, ceiling and walls. It's been broken away in areas where the kobolds thought there may have been something behind it, but the holes only reveal more of a solid stone wall.
Kosh scrapes some moss off of the southern wall as asked, but gives Biblo a look like he's crazy and clearly says in kobold, "Nuh! I'm not eating moss!" Instead he holds the moss out to Biblo to take.

Re: Chpt. 3 Riddles & Clever Wizards
Merthyr sees just a tiny bit of moss on the southernmost part of the ceilings in both joined rooms, but there is no sign of anything other than the stone that makes up the entire cave. Nothing out of the ordinary is noticeable.

Sammy arrives and returns to point duty. "Are we ready to move then?" he asks.
Assuming the affirmative.
Sammy continues down the hallway.

Adel looks at the tapestry. "These instructions seem easy to follow" he remarks as he scrapes some moss off the south wall and puts it in his pack.
"Yes, Sammy, onwards." Adel falls into his place in the marching order as the party proceeds forward.

Biblo, phantomancer
Biblo irritably kicks the kobold who scoots out of the way.
"Get going," Biblo says, following the kobold (who he doesn't trust) and others.
