Hey everyone,
Sadly, Captain Kinkajou had to drop the game. He was unable to keep up with the schedule of two posts a week.
max_vale will assume the mantle of Moniqua. Please join me in welcoming Max to the game!
Here's a message from Max:

Hello everyone! I will be taking over the role of Moniqua and after some PM discussion with Inferno, there will be a change to her personality (mostly as I never feel quite right taking over somebody else's specific way of running a character).....hopefully it will mesh well with the rest of the party. Looking forward to adventuring with you guys!

Gosh, I'm sorry to read about Kinkajou. He was excellent as Moniqua.
Welcome to the game, Max!

Hey everyone,
Fyi, we lost power in a storm. Everyone's well. Just no power.
Once power is restored, I'll be able to resume posting. Hopefully soon.

Sorry, Max and Raven. It's been three and a half days. So I'll move it along and NPC your characters.

I sit here somewhat stunned that I am playing Chaka (from Land of the Lost, right?) in the holy halls and chambers of the USS Enterprise, a structure I consider sacred. A ship that was pretty much my baby-sitter on Saturday afternoons when my mom was cleaning the house. Later, the ship became my sanctum at midnight all through late high-school and college. Trek was always there, like a secure captain's chair.
Considering that Trek is the closest thing I have to an organized religion, I am so enjoying this with just a hint of blasphemy thrown in.

Maskelyn...
Gee, Thanks, Doc!

In my mind, I always hear Maskelyn's dialogue as delivered by Bugs Bunny.

A completely unwarranted mention of Michael Moorcock is in the
Source Materials and Inspirations thread.

My apologies for my lack of posting.....between work, moving and trying to figure out my daughter's 'virtual school' set ups with the new county that were moving too, I have had basically no time at all for this site......sorry all!
